Urethral stricture patient me Uttarbasti daily 25 days dene ke baad generally 7–15 days ka gap dena better hota hai, phir patient ki condition dekhkar next sitting start kar sakte hain. Take Gokshuradi Guggulu 2 tab BD after food Chandraprabha Vati 2 tab BD after food Varunadi Kashayam 15–20 ml with equal water BD before Honey in Uttarbasti is not commonly preferred in urethra due to irritation risk in some patients. Use only if tolerated and under expert supervision. If burning, fever, or urinary retention increases, stop and reassess.
