Recommended Foods Light, warm, easily digestible meals Barley (Yava), millet, old rice Green vegetables: (bottle gourd), (bitter gourd), Fruits: Amla, apple, papaya, pomegranate Use garlic, turmeric, cumin, coriander in cooking 1 tsp ghee daily (improves metabolism in small quantity) 2. Avoid Oily, fried, fast food Excess sweets, bakery, refined flour Red meat, cheese, excess dairy Daytime sleeping (increases Kapha) 3.
