Mujhe stomach k upr jalan hoti or gass rhta h ,pain bhi hota kbhi kbhi.or kamjori feel hoti h mujhe,pet m swelling bhi rhti ,or vomiting bhi hui kl to pta nahi kyu.toilet Jane m jalan bhi hota hai.smjh n aa rha ki kya kare.bhuk bhi n lagati.

Aapki symptoms, jaise ki pet ke upar jalan, gas, dard, kamzori, pet mein sujan, vomiting, aur toilet jaate waqt jalan, yeh sab digestive issues aur pitta dosha ke vishesh sanket hain. Ayurvedic upchar ke liye, sabse pehle aapko apne aahar aur lifestyle mein kuch parivartan karne chahiye. Aapko jaldi se khana nahi khana chahiye, aur chhote chhote samay par khana lena chahiye.

Aap Triphala ka istemal kar sakte hain, jo digestion ko sudharne aur gas ko kam karne mein madadgar hota hai. Ginger (adrak) ki chai bhi helpful ho sakti hai, kyunki yeh digestion ko behtar karti hai aur gas ko kam karti hai. Aap Ajwain (carom seeds) ka powder pani ke sath le sakte hain, jo ki gas aur jalan ko kam karne mein madad karega.

Aapko zyada spicy aur oily khana nahi khana chahiye, aur dairy products se bhi bachaav karna chahiye agar aapko unse takleef hoti hai. Iske alawa, din mein kam se kam 8-10 glass pani pijiye aur physical activity jaise walking ya yoga ko apne routine mein shamil karein, jo digestion ko sudharne mein madad karega.

Aapke symptoms sunke lagta hai ki aapko Pitta imbalance ka issue ho sakta hai, matlab agni ki garmi ya tezi. Ye jalne ki sensation, gas, aur vomiting isi ke indicators hain. Pitta prakriti wale logon mein aisa zyada hota hai. Lekin tension na lein, Ayurveda iske liye achhe tarike batata hai.

Pehle toh, aap apne diet par focus karein. Zyada spicy, fried aur acidic cheezein avoid karein jisse pet me jlan aur garmi aur badh jaye. Dahi, lehsun aur tamatar ko thoda time lein side mein. Cool down karne ke liye dhaniya, dudh, aur elaichi thik rahegi. Cucumber salad ya phir fresh coconut water bhi helpful hoti hain.

Digestive agni, yaani ki aapka digestion improve karne ke liye, aap jeera aur ajwian ka pani peeyein. Bas ek chamach jeera aur thodi si ajwian pani me ubaal kar din me do baar pee sakte ho.

Pet ki swelling aur gais ke liye, hing aur hara dhaniya ka paste bana ke, navel pe lagayein. Ye thoda relief de sakta hai. Or toileting main burning sensation ke liye drink plenty of fluids. Pani ke sath sath barley water bhi pee sakte hain.

Aapko weakness feel hota hai, to sadharan meals me ghee zaroor shamil karein. Kismis aur badam ko overnight bhigoke sabere use khaa sakte hain.
