Trying to conceive
I have been trying to conceive last 3 years. I have tried naturally and also multiple iui and couple of ivfs which failed recently, inspite of good embryo quality and optimum endometrium thickness and other factors that are analysed in ivf process are normal. My amh is optimum, endometrial thickness is usually around 6-7 mm without any medicines. I am doing yoga for 3-4 days in a week, very minimal junk food. My periods are regular, cycle length is 32-34 days. Blood flow is medium-light. No miscarriage. Thyroid is normal, ovaries and tubes are in optimal health as per medical professionals. I want to understand why I’m unable to conceive.

ovum cell
I’ve been reading up on reproductive health, and I came across the term ovum cell while learning about female fertility. I understand that it’s related to the egg cell produced by the ovaries, but I’m still unsure about how it functions in reproduction and what role it plays in conception. Could you explain what an ovum cell is, how it’s produced, and how it contributes to the process of fertilization and pregnancy? From what I know, the ovum is the female reproductive cell that joins with the male sperm cell during fertilization to form a zygote, but what exactly happens during this process? How is the ovum prepared for fertilization, and what role does the ovarian cycle play in determining when the ovum is released? What is the lifespan of an ovum cell once it is released from the ovary? How long can it survive in the female reproductive system, and what factors determine if fertilization will occur? If an ovum isn’t fertilized, what happens to it, and how does the body eliminate it? I’ve heard that issues with the ovum can lead to fertility problems, such as difficulty conceiving. How can doctors assess the health of the ovum and determine if there are any underlying issues that might affect a woman’s ability to get pregnant? What tests are used to evaluate the health of the egg, and how are conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or diminished ovarian reserve related to the ovum? Lastly, if a woman has difficulty with ovulation or egg quality, what treatment options are available? Can medications, such as clomiphene or hormonal therapies, help stimulate the production of healthier eggs, or are there other advanced fertility treatments, like IVF, that can improve the chances of conception?

synechiae
I recently had a medical appointment where my doctor mentioned the term synechiae after performing a pelvic exam. At first, I didn’t understand what this meant, so I did some research, and now I’m more curious about it. From what I gathered, synechiae refers to abnormal adhesions or scar tissue that forms between different tissues or organs in the body. In my case, it was related to my reproductive organs, but I’ve heard that synechiae can form in other areas of the body as well. I was told that synechiae can occur in the uterus, particularly after procedures like a D&C (dilation and curettage), or as a result of infections or trauma. But I’m wondering, how does synechiae develop in the first place? What causes tissues to stick together instead of remaining separate, as they’re supposed to be? I’ve read that these adhesions can cause issues like menstrual irregularities, infertility, or pain, but I’m unsure how severe the impact can be and whether they can be completely reversed. From what I understand, synechiae can sometimes lead to the scarring of the uterine walls, which can interfere with implantation and pregnancy. Does this mean that if synechiae is found in the uterus, it would automatically affect fertility, or can women still conceive despite these adhesions? How do doctors typically diagnose synechiae? I know that an ultrasound or hysteroscopy might be involved, but I’m not sure how accurate these tests are in detecting adhesions. In terms of treatment, I’ve read that synechiae can often be managed through surgery, where the adhesions are cut or removed. Is this surgery always necessary, or can certain types of synechiae resolve on their own without intervention? What are the risks associated with treating synechiae, and how long does the recovery process typically take? Are there any non-surgical treatments or lifestyle changes that can help manage synechiae? Has anyone here experienced synechiae or been diagnosed with adhesions? What was your experience with treatment, and how did it affect your health or fertility? How did your doctor guide you through understanding and managing the condition?

Can Kalarchikai Really Help with Fertility Issues?
My wife and I have been trying to conceive for almost two years now. We’ve done all the tests, and the doctors say everything is “normal.” But still, no pregnancy. We are both in our early 30s, and this whole process has been mentally exhausting. Recently, an elderly relative told us about kalarchikai for fertility and how it has been used in Ayurveda for years to boost reproductive health. I started reading about kalarchikai for fertility, and I found mixed opinions. Some say it is highly effective for both men and women, while others say it works only for certain types of infertility. The problem is, I don’t even know if infertility is our actual issue, since the medical reports don’t show anything wrong. I read that kalarchikai for fertility is often used in combination with other herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari. Some people say it helps improve sperm quality and egg health, but does anyone here have personal experience with it? How is it supposed to be taken—powder, decoction, or as part of a diet? And how long does it take to show results? If anyone has successfully used kalarchikai for fertility, please share your experience! Does it work for unexplained infertility, or is it more effective for specific conditions? Also, are there any side effects we should know about before trying it?
