Symptoms may include persistent mouth sores, unexplained bleeding, lumps, difficulty swallowing, and white or red patches inside the mouth. I do not have a diagnosed oral condition, but I sometimes experience chronic mouth ulcers, gum sensitivity, and mild burning sensations, especially after eating spicy foods or smoking occasionally—could these be early signs of mouth cancer or an oral health issue?
