I am really starting to feel overwhelmed with my health, and I need some advice. My family has been dealing with a lot of cancer lately, and it just makes me anxious about what I can do to prevent it. I’ve been researching and came across this idea about, like, which dosha causes cancer? Is it pitta or kapha or something? I honestly don’t know much about the doshas, but I remember my aunt saying that imbalances in our doshas can lead to serious health issues. Last month, I was feeling super fatigued and had cravings for sugary stuff, which was weird for me. Then, I felt this strange pain on my side, and I thought, OMG, am I becoming unbalanced? I mean, I get bloated a lot, and my skin is all over the place too. Am I just freaking out for no reason, or should I really be looking into which dosha causes cancer? Are there specific signs to notice? Any help would be sooo appreciated as I just want to take care of my health before things get out of hand!

Granthi (benign tumors) Arbuda (malignant tumors) Tridoshaja Vyadhi – especially involving Kapha (growth & accumulation) + Pitta (inflammation, mutation) + Aama (toxicity). 20 min walk in sunlight every morning Sleep before 10:30 PM, wake before 6:30 AM Practice Bhramari and Anulom Vilom daily for mental calm + gut balance Once a week do mild fasting: Eat only khichdi with ghee + Triphala at night Optional Investigations (if not done recently): CBC with ESR LFT (Liver Function Test) CRP (C-Reactive Protein) Vitamin D3, B12 USG abdomen (if pain persists) You’re catching this early — and in Ayurveda, prevention is the most powerful medicine. My suggesting would be to focus more on identifying and addressing any imbalance in your body overall, rather than pinpointing one dosha.

Your symptoms, such as fatigue, sweet cravings, bloating, and skin issues, do indicate that there might be some sort of imbalance. Fatigue and cravings could stem from Kapha imbalance, bloating might be due to Vata, and skin troubles often relate to Pitta. It’s crucial to balance all doshas because they are interconnected, and one imbalance can affect the others.

On a practical level, you might want to start with your diet and habits. Reduce intake of processed and sugary foods as these disturb all doshas.
