Good afternoon sir, i have been facing dust allergy and esonophil high,i feel trouble in taking breathing and have sneezing and cough please help me

Avoid chilled, dairy and bakery products.
Regular exercise.
Steam inhalation twice a day.
Nasoclear spray twice a day.
Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits.

Hello,
Diet:
1. Please drink 1.5 liters of boiled warm water through out the day.
2. Consume hot to warm freshly cooked food only.
3. Avoid all refrigerated-cold and outside-processed food.
Lifestyle:
1. Plaese wear mask when you are stepping out.
Medicines:
1. Nasoallerin capsules 1-----1----1 after each meal for 60 days.
2. Brihat Haridra Khandam one tablespoon with warm milk in the empty stomch in the morning. for 90 days.
3. Halin drops onecapsule for steam inhalation two times a day.
