Hello I can understand your concern I can understand it is difficult to deal with allergic asthma along with mucus accumulation in the lungs Managing this requires a combination of -Trigger control -Proper medical treatment -Supportive measure to help loosen UNDERSTANDING ALLERGIC ASTHMA In allergic asthma the airways become inflamed and overly sensitive to certain triggers like- -Dust or dust mites -Cold air -Smoke or pollution -Pet dander - Stronger fragances or chemicals When exposure occurs the airways may become narrow and produce excess mucus which can make breathing difficult and causes wheezing , coughing and chest tightness IMMEDIATE MANAGEMENT DURING ATTACK If symptoms begin and mucus build up the following steps may help provide relief -Use the prescribed asthma inhaler or rescue medication immediately as your doctor must have advised -Sit in a upright position to allow lungs to expand more -Practice slow, controlled breathing rather than rapid breathing -Drink warm Fluids such as warm water or herbal tea if it becomes severe immediately seek medical help AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT INTERNAL MEDICATION 1.Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsp with honey twice daily after food 2. Pippaliasvam 30ml-0-30ml after food 3.Dashmoolkatutreya ks tab 2-0-2 after food 4.Agastya rasyanam 1 tsp at bed time These help to remove mucus and also strengthen the lungs along with this 1.Tulsi tea - supports immunity and respiratory function 2.Honey with a pinch of dry ginger powder - may help loosen mucus DIETARY GUIDANCE Diet plays an important role in managing mucus production -Drink warm water through out the day -Include ginger , turmeric, Black pepper and garlic in meals -Eat light , warm, easily digestible foods Foods to reduce -Cold drinks and refrigerated foods -Excess dairy -fried or very oily food -Processed food LIFESTYLE TIPS -Keep your environment dust free -use air purifier if possible -Avoid exposure to smoke or strong perfumes -Practice gentle breathing Allergic asthma with mucus build up can be managed effectively through -Proper medication -Trigger avoidance -Respiratory care Combining modern asthma management with supportive natural practices can significantly improve lung function Wishing you a good health warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

HELLO, This condition is a vata-kapha disorder -The blockage= The allergen aggravates kapha, which becomes sticky and heavy, obstructing the respiratory channels -The spasms= Vata (dry, mobile quality) gets provoked behind this blockage, causing bronchospasm (wheezing) and difficulty exhaling -The mucus issue= Because the mucus is kapha dominant (cold, sticky , dense) , it does not loosen easily DIETARY MANAGEMENT The goal is to pacify kapha (reduce mucus) and Vata (reduce spasm) -Warm and light is best = eat warm, cooked, and easily digestible foods. soups, stews, and khichdi are ideal –The golden Milk= warm turmeric milk before bed. Acts as natural antimicrobial and helps clear airway obstruction -Herbal spices=ginger, black pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, clove, and garlic. These have hot and penetrating qualities that liquify mucus AVOID -Cold water, ice cream, refrigerated drinks -dairy expect boiled milk with spices -curd, yogurt, cheese, and buttermilk are typically heavy and mucus forming -heavy and fried foods= increase toxins -daytime sleep- it increases kapha and blocks the sinuses and lungs LIFESTYLE AND ROUTINE -NASYA= instil l2 drops of Anu taila in each nostril daily morning =this lubricates the nasal passes, prevents allergens from entering deeply, and soothe vata -STEAM INHALATION=inhale steam infused with mint or ajwain. This is the fastest physical way to loosen stuck mucus -AVOID TRIGGERS= protect yourself from cold wind, dust, and smoke INTERNAL MEDICATION 1) SITOPALADI CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with honey twice daily after meals =best for respiratory issues 2) TALISADI CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with warm water after meals twice daily = excellent in cough along with wheezing and difficulty expectorating 3) VASAVALEHA= 1 tsp twice daily after meals =best bronchodilator and expectorant 4) TRIKATU CHURNA= 1/2 tsp with warm water before meals =it ignites digestive fire, which helps destroy the toxic coating on the mucus EMERGENCY AND ACUTE PHASE MANAGEMENT When the attack starts and mucus is stuck 1) PIPPALI POWDER= mix a pinch of pippali powder with honey and lick it slowly. Pippali has a specific affinity for the lungs and breaks up chronic mucus 2) GINGER JUICE= mix fresh ginger juice with a little honey. It provides instant warmth and dilation 3) VYAGHRI HARITAKI= this is a specific formulation ideal for stuck mucus in asthma DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU
