I have problem of allergic sinusitis since one year .curd lene se bht jyada coughing ho jati hai zukam ki wajh se hair kuch white ho gye hai ...zukam ki pareshani bht hai mujhe

Avoid exposure to dust, cold breeze , moist. Try using masks when stepping out. Avoid curd , cucumber, banana.
Take steam daily with 2 drops of halin drops.
Medicines:
1. Laghu Sootshekar rasa 1-1-1 after food
2. Dashamoolakatutrayam Kashaya 10 ml - 10 ml- 10 ml before  food with 10ml water
3. Vyoshadi Guggulu 1-1-1 after food
For 15 days
Follow up after 15 days
Can take 2drops of Anutaila as Nasya
Each nostril 2 drops early morning empty stomach.
After clearing cold and nose blockage.
