Been battling chronic for thepast ten months. With serious itching and raised welts. I've used anti histamine and steroids.I've been on steroids for a while bcosthat's the only thing that helps

Avoid sour, fermented and packed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Urtiplex lotion for local application Tab.Shati 2-0-2 Allergin granules 15gms twice a day Follow up after 2 weeks.
