–Diagnosis: Urticaria (Sheetpitta) with Acidity (Amlapitta) —Rx: -Urtiplax Tablet – 1 tab twice daily after food. -Haridra Khanda – 1 tsp twice daily with lukewarm water after food. -Avipattikar Churna – 3 g twice daily before food with lukewarm water. -Khadirarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. ----Advice: Avoid spicy, oily, sour, and fermented foods. Avoid curd, cold drinks, and junk food. Take light diet and drink adequate water. —Follow-up: 20 days.
