मौसम एलर्जी के कारण मुझे नींद नहीं आती, मुश्किल से दस मिनट आती है, काम करने की इच्छा नहीं होती है, डीप्रेशन रहता है, पेट साफ नहीं होता, गेस बहुत बनती है, दूध प्रोटीन, अदरक, गन्ना रस, सोयाबीन, मूगफली, बेसन, धूल, से एलर्जी है, सांस लेने में दिक्कत और कान बंद हो जाता है, क्या करूँ असरकारक दवा, दिनचर्या बताइये

In case of mental conditions you can fight over it only if you are willing to. ??? Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ? Donot get yourself into any addictions. ? Donot A.C and fan exposure directly. ? Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ? Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. ?? 100 steps after both meals are must. ?? Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ?? Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. ?? Medication: ?? Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Tab. Ampachak vati 2 tabs twice day before food Tab.Sanjivani vati 2 tabs twice a day before food Cap. Nelsin 2 caps twice a day before food Cap. Memorin 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp. Jeerakadhyarista 4 tsp twice a day before food with lukewarm water. Tab. Shankhavtai 2 tabs twice a day after food suck and eat like hajmola Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time
