Hi, To gain healthy weight only eating such food is not enough There should be a proper combination of Aahar (food) + Vihar (Healthy lifestyle) + Aushadi (medicine support) as per requirement. Take following medicine 1) Vidaryadi kwath - 20 ml twice a day after food with water 2) Ashwagandha Pak - 1 table spoon daily morning empty stomach. Take proper sleep, do daily exercise, avoid unhealthy foods, stress and exertion.

••अंजीर खाने का सही तरीका और समय (वजन बढ़ाने के लिए) सिर्फ खाली अंजीर खाने के बजाय, यदि आप इसे दूध के साथ लेंगे, तो इसका बृंहण (weight gain) प्रभाव कई गुना बढ़ जाएगा: ••कैसे खाएं: रात में 2 से 3 सूखे अंजीर को अच्छे से धोकर एक कप पानी में भिगो दें। सुबह उठकर पहले उन अंजीरों को चबा-चबाकर खाएं। ••विशेष टिप: अंजीर खाने के बाद, जिस पानी में उन्हें भिगोया था, उसे फेंकें नहीं, उसे भी पी लें। इसके 10-15 मिनट बाद एक ग्लास गुनगुना फुल-क्रीम दूध पी लें। ••कब खाएं: इसे सुबह खाली पेट (प्रातः काल) लेना सबसे उत्तम है। यदि सुबह समय न मिले, तो आप इसे शाम के स्नैक्स के समय (4 से 5 बजे) भी ले सकते हैं। 2. वजन बढ़ाने के अन्य प्रभावी आयुर्वेदिक उपाय चूंकि आयुर्वेद में वजन बढ़ाने के लिए अग्नि (Metabolism) को ठीक रखना भी जरूरी है ताकि जो आप खाएं वो शरीर को लगे (दोषमुक्त धातु पोषण हो), आप इन उपायों को अपनी दिनचर्या में शामिल कर सकते हैं: कल्प और औषधियां (Herbs for Weight Gain) ••अश्वगंधा और शतावरी क्षीरपाक: अश्वगंधा (बल्य और वातशामक) और शतावरी (बृंहण और धातुवर्धक) का संयोजन वजन बढ़ाने के लिए सुप्रसिद्ध है। ••विधि: आधा चम्मच अश्वगंधा चूर्ण और आधा चम्मच शतावरी चूर्ण को एक ग्लास दूध में मिलाकर उबालें और रात को सोते समय लें। ••यष्टिमधु (मुलेठी): यह आमाशय की अग्नि को शांत कर मांस धातु को बढ़ाती है। आहार विहार (Dietary Guidelines) ••क्षीर कल्प (Milk Recipes): दूध के साथ खजूर (Dates) या केले (Banana Shake) का सेवन भी कफ और मांस को बढ़ाने वाला होता है। ••घृत का प्रयोग: भोजन में गौ-घृत (Cow’s Ghee) की मात्रा बढ़ाएं। यह दीपन (digestion को बढ़ाने वाला) भी है और परम वातशामक भी। ••माष (उड़द की दाल): आयुर्वेद में उड़द की दाल को परम बृंहण और बल्य माना गया है। हफ्ते में 2-3 बार उड़द की दाल या इससे बने व्यंजनों का सेवन करें। विहार (Lifestyle) ••दिवास्वप्न (Day Sleep): आयुर्वेद के अनुसार, जो लोग पतले हैं, उनके लिए दिन में (विशेषकर भोजन के बाद 30-45 मिनट) थोड़ी देर सो जाना कफ दोष को बढ़ाता है, जो वजन बढ़ाने में सहायक है। ••अति-व्यायाम से बचें: बहुत ज्यादा कार्डियो या भारी काम करने से वात बढ़ता है, इसलिए योग या हल्का बल-वर्धन व्यायाम (Weight training) ही करें।
