Darakshav tonic khane ke baad le aur pahle lena hai? Meri umer 23 saal hai mujhe kitni matra me dawa leni hai?kya kya nahi khana h ye tonic lene ke period me? Mujhe pachan samasya h kya yeh tonic laabhkaari hai? Thank you please answer my questions sir.

द्राक्षासवसामान्यतः यह एक आयुर्वेदिक आसव होता है जो पाचन, कमजोरी, थकान, भूख कम लगना और गैस जैसी समस्याओं में उपयोग किया जाता है। आपकी दी हुई जानकारी के अनुसार यह आपको लाभ दे सकता है, लेकिन सही मात्रा और आहार का ध्यान रखना जरूरी है। कैसे लें? खाने के बाद लेना अधिक उचित रहता है, खासकर अगर गैस, अम्लता या पाचन समस्या हो। सामान्यतः 15–20 ml दवा बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुना पानी मिलाकर दिन में 2 बार (सुबह और रात) आपकी उम्र 23 वर्ष है, इसलिए यह मात्रा सामान्य वयस्क मात्रा मानी जाती है। क्या यह पाचन में लाभकारी है? भूख बढ़ाने, गैस कम करने, कमजोरी और थकान में, हल्के कब्ज या मंदाग्नि में लाभ दे सकता है। लेकिन अगर आपको बहुत ज्यादा गैस, पेट फूलना या खट्टे डकार की समस्या रहती है, तो अकेला द्राक्षासव पर्याप्त नहीं हो सकता। उस स्थिति में दीपक-पाचक औषधि की भी जरूरत पड़ सकती है। क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए? दवा लेते समय: बहुत ज्यादा तला-भुना फास्ट फूड कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स अत्यधिक चाय-कॉफी देर रात भारी भोजन बार-बार बाहर का खाना कम करें। क्या खाना लाभकारी रहेगा? गुनगुना पानी हल्का भोजन मूंग की दाल जीरा-अजवाइन युक्त भोजन छाछ (यदि सूट करे) ध्यान देने योग्य बात
