Mein morning mein curd leti hu usme all seeds , oats add kr k khati hu usko lene mein koi problem to nhi

Subah curd roz lena achha nahi mana jata. Kabhi kabhi oats aur seeds ke saath le sakte hain to koi problem nahi hoti. Lekin daily subah ki jagah curd dopahar me lena behtar hai.

Curd morning me thoda heavy hota hai aur Kapha badha sakta hai, lekin agar agni strong ho aur digestion theek ho to oats aur seeds ke saath moderate quantity me le sakte hain. Hamesha fresh, room temperature aur balanced amount me lena better hota hai.

अभी आपकी बॉडी इस नाश्ते (दही + ओट्स + सीड्स) को अच्छे से पचा रही है, इसलिए फिलहाल कोई तुरंत समस्या नहीं है। इसका मतलब है कि आपका अग्नि (डाइजेशन) अभी इस कॉम्बिनेशन को हैंडल कर पा रहा है। लेकिन आयुर्वेद के अनुसार दही स्वभाव से गुरु (heavy) और कफ बढ़ाने वाला होता है। अगर इसे रोज़ और लंबे समय तक लिया जाए, तो यह धीरे-धीरे शरीर के चैनल्स (स्रोतस) में रुकावट पैदा कर सकता है और आगे चलकर गैस, ब्लोटिंग, स्किन इश्यू या कफ से जुड़ी समस्याएं दे सकता है। आप इसे और बेहतर बनाने के लिए इसमें भुना जीरा, काली मिर्च और सौंठ (सूखी अदरक) मिला सकते हैं। इससे दही की heaviness कम होगी और डाइजेशन और स्मूथ रहेगा। आगे चलकर (long term के लिए) बेहतर रहेगा कि आप इसे धीरे-धीरे बदलें। दही की जगह छाछ (buttermilk) ले सकते हैं, क्योंकि यह हल्की होती है और डाइजेशन को सपोर्ट करती है। इसके अलावा आप गरम और हल्के नाश्ते जैसे मूंग दाल की खिचड़ी, दलिया, ओट्स खिचड़ी या मूंग दाल चिल्ला भी ले सकते हैं। याद रखें — जो चीज़ अभी सूट कर रही है, उसे अचानक बंद करने की जरूरत नहीं है, लेकिन long term में हल्का और warm नाश्ता शरीर के लिए ज्यादा फायदेमंद रहता है।

यदि आपकी digestion अच्छी है और कोई तकलीफ़ नहीं हो रही, तो सुबह curd + oats + mixed seeds लेना सामान्यतः ठीक माना जा सकता है। यह शरीर को protein, fiber और healthy fats देता है तथा energy भी अच्छी रखता है। लेकिन आयुर्वेद के अनुसार कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखें: दही हमेशा fresh होना चाहिए, बहुत खट्टा नहीं। उसमें oats और seeds की मात्रा संतुलित रखें, बहुत ज्यादा heavy न करें। Chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower seeds आदि को सीमित मात्रा में लें। सुबह या दिन में लेना बेहतर है, रात में दही avoid करें। अगर कभी bloating, heaviness, acidity या cold/cough बढ़े तो मात्रा कम करें।

According to Ayurveda dahi is harmful for regular usage, because dahi is blocking channels , if you want take dahi you use mudag yush, amalaki rasa , honey, sugar, ghee.if you use very long period it creat skin disease, creat kapha vriddhi, nd then weak digest
