I would like to blend above powders 50 gms each, and consume the mixed blend about 1-2 gms daily. For maintaining gereal health. Using the blend as a food ( supplement ). I am aware the metabolic systems keeps changing according to seasons. According to my humble understanding, I think with all humility that metabolism may adjust itself when this blend is consumed at very small doses. For a healthy adult, mixing these powders in equal amounts and taking 1–2 g daily is unlikely to cause major problems, but there are a few points to consider • The dose is very small, so the effect may be mild. • Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Gokshura, Safed Musli, Kaunch, and Yashtimadhu have medicinal actions, not just nutritional effects. • Long-term daily use of Yashtimadhu (Licorice) may raise blood pressure or lower potassium in some people. • Kaunch seeds contain natural L-Dopa and may not be suitable for everyone. • If you have diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, kidney disease, or take regular medications, consult your physician before long-term use. For general health, a simpler combination such as Moringa + Brahmi + Ashwagandha (or Moringa alone) is often sufficient.
