आयुर्वेद कहता है कि वजन बढ़ना केवल पौष्टिक भोजन या दवाओं से ही संभव नहीं है, बल्कि यह सही मौसम और पाचन शक्ति पर भी निर्भर करता है। बरसात के मौसम में पाचन अग्नि कमजोर होती है। इस समय भारी भोजन या पौष्टिक दवाओं (जैसे च्यवनप्राश) का सेवन उचित नहीं है, क्योंकि इससे अपच, सुस्ती और बीमारी हो सकती है। वजन बढ़ाने का सबसे अच्छा समय शरद ऋतु और शीत ऋतु है। अग्नि के मजबूत होने पर ही शरीर पौष्टिक भोजन और शक्तिवर्धक रसायनों को पूरी तरह पचा पाता है, जिससे शक्ति और वजन में वृद्धि होती है। इसलिए, हम जल्द ही आपके लिए स्वस्थ वजन बढ़ाने के आयुर्वेदिक उपाय लेकर आएंगे ताकि आप उन्हें सही समय पर अपनाकर दीर्घकालिक लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। वजन क्यों नहीं बढ़ता? 1) कमजोर चयापचय अग्नि: भोजन पचता नहीं है, रस धातु का निर्माण नहीं होता और शरीर तृप्त नहीं होता। ✓2) वात दोष: सूखापन बढ़ता है, भोजन पचता नहीं है। वजन स्थिर रहता है। 3) धातु-क्षय: मांस, वसा और हड्डियों का निर्माण धीमा हो जाता है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप शरीर दुबला हो जाता है। √ 4) अनिद्रा और चिंता: मन अस्थिर होता है, पाचन अग्नि अस्थिर होती है और वजन नहीं बढ़ता। निष्कर्ष: शरीर को अधिक भोजन की आवश्यकता नहीं होती, बल्कि बेहतर अवशोषण की आवश्यकता होती है। आधुनिक विज्ञान: कमजोर आंत्र जीवाणु → प्रोटीन का अवशोषण नहीं होता • बढ़ा हुआ कोर्टिसोल → मांसपेशियों का टूटना • विटामिन डी की कमी → चयापचय धीमा हो जाता है • पेट फूलना और गैस → धातु-पोषण रुक जाता है। आयुर्वेद और विज्ञान दोनों कहते हैं: वजन अवशोषण से बढ़ता है, सेवन से नहीं। सुबह की दिनचर्या / खाली पेट: 1 बड़ा चम्मच घी + गुनगुना पानी → अग्नि को हल्का सा बल मिलता है → वात शांत होता है → पाचन क्रिया सुचारू होती है। अश्वगंधा + शतावरी + मिश्री (भूख बढ़ाने वाला + खनिज पोषक तत्व) → 15-20 मिनट धूप में रहने से → हार्मोन संतुलित होते हैं → चयापचय सक्रिय होता है। पहले 10 दिनों में भूख बढ़ने का आभास होता है। आयुर्वेदिक आहार संरचना: भोजन से पहले काली मिर्च + सूखा अदरक - अग्नि को बढ़ाता है / भोजन के साथ 1-1.5 छोटे चम्मच घी - वात को शांत करता है और पाचन में सुधार करता है। भोजन के बाद 3-4 घूंट गुनगुना पानी - अग्नि को बनाए रखता है जिससे भोजन शरीर में अधिक देर तक रहता है।वजन बढ़ाने के लिए सर्वोत्तम आहार √ खजूर + घी, शतावरी का दूध, मूंग की खिचड़ी + घी, नारियल + गन्ना ✓ केसर का दूध, तिल + गन्ना, राजगीरा लड्डू। विशेष धातु पोषक तत्व: रक्त और मांसपेशियों के निर्माण के लिए भृंगराज का रस + गन्ना. वजन बढ़ाने का असली रहस्य: शरीर की धातुओं का पुनर्निर्माण। सर्वोत्तम रसायन: • अश्वगंधा • शतावरी • चीरा • केसर • मक्खन • तिल का तेल • सोना युक्त रसायन (सर्वोत्तम) सोने की धातुओं में चेतना को जागृत करता है।च्यवनप्राश: कीमोथेरेपी वजन बढ़ाने के लिए आदर्श है। √ स्वर्ण-संस्कृत → अग्नि के प्रति स्थिर → धातु-पोषण को गहरा करना → ओजस निर्माण घी + तिल का तेल 40+ पोशन ← → रस से भरपूर → शरीर को प्राकृतिक रूप से पुनर्जीवित करता है / सेवन विधि: सुबह 1 बड़ा चम्मच + गुनगुना दूध। 45-60 दिनों में शरीर अधिक स्थिर, परिपूर्ण और ऊर्जा से भरपूर हो जाता है। व्यायाम (लेकिन आयुर्वेद के नियमों के अनुसार) / लाभ: • सूर्य नमस्कार • हल्के शक्ति व्यायाम • वज्रासन • भुजंगासन • स्क्वाट (हल्का) हानिकारक: अत्यधिक कार्डियो • खाली पेट व्यायाम वजन बढ़ना = मांसपेशियों का निर्माण + स्थिर अग्नि

आपका लक्ष्य सुरक्षित तरीके से वजन बढ़ाना और त्वचा की शुष्कता कम करना है। आयुर्वेद में यह मुख्यतः वात वृद्धि और धातु क्षय से जुड़ा होता है, इसलिए पोषण, अग्नि सुधार और स्निग्धता बढ़ाना आवश्यक है। वजन बढ़ाने के लिए औषधि अश्वगंधा चूर्ण 3 से 5 ग्राम, सुबह और रात, गुनगुने दूध के साथ शतावरी चूर्ण 3 ग्राम, दिन में एक या दो बार, दूध के साथ विदारीकंद चूर्ण 3 से 5 ग्राम, सुबह या शाम, दूध के साथ च्यवनप्राश 1 से 2 चम्मच, सुबह खाली पेट या दूध के साथ घृत प्रतिदिन 1 से 2 चम्मच, भोजन के साथ इनमें से 2 या 3 औषधियाँ नियमित लें, सब एक साथ लेना आवश्यक नहीं है। पाचन सुधार अगर भूख कम है या गैस रहती है त्रिकटु चूर्ण 1 ग्राम, दिन में दो बार, भोजन से पहले गुनगुने पानी के साथ आहार निर्देश दूध, घी, मूंग दाल, चावल, गेहूं, खजूर, मखाना, बादाम का नियमित सेवन रात में दूध में 2 खजूर उबालकर लेना लाभकारी दिन में 2 से 3 बार संतुलित भोजन बहुत ज्यादा सूखा, ठंडा और फास्ट फूड से बचें
