93 kg weight aur 5.4 height ke hisab se weight reduction zaruri hai. Delivery ke baad metabolism slow, Kapha vriddhi aur hormonal imbalance ki wajah se bhi weight badhta hai. Agar BP, thyroid, diabetes ya breastfeeding chal rahi ho to pehle doctor se check kara लें. Take Madhohar Guggulu 2 tablets din me 2 baar, khane ke baad garam pani ke sath 3 months. Triphala churna 1 tsp raat ko sone se pehle garam pani ke sath. Subah khali pet: 1 glass warm water + half lemon. Diet: Maida, sweets, cold drinks, bakery, rice aur fried food kam karein. Dinner halka aur 8 baje se pehle karein. Raat me dahi na lein. Gym continue karein but shuruaat me sirf 30 min brisk walking + light exercise karein. Regularity important hai.

हां तुम्हीं मेदोहर गुग्गुल वजन कम करने के लिए खा सकते है। दिन में 2 बार गर्म पानी में ● 3-5 ग्राम मूली के बीज का पाउडर लें। इसे 1 चम्मच शहद के साथ मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लें। इस पेस्ट को दिन में दो बार चाटें और फिर गुनगुना नींबू पानी पी लें। नियमित रूप से 2 महीने तक इसका सेवन करने से पेट की चर्बी कम हो जाती है। ●त्रिफला और गिलोय सामग्री: आंवला - 500 मिलीग्राम बिभीतकी - 500 मिलीग्राम हरड़ - 500 मिलीग्राम गिलोय - 1500 मिलीग्राम साथ लें। इनका पाउडर बनाकर गुनगुने पानी में मिला लें। मोटापा कम करने और पाचन क्रिया को बेहतर बनाने में फायदेमंद। ●निवारक उपाय प्रतिदिन त्रिफला + गिलोय चूर्ण/अर्क का सेवन करें। अपने आहार में काली और सफेद मिर्च को शामिल करें। गुनगुने पानी के साथ हल्दी और काली मिर्च लेने से वजन कम होने से बचाव होता है। ●स्थोल्यंतक चूर्ण - 1 छोटा चम्मच, दिन में दो बार भोजन के बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। इसका काढ़ा भी तैयार किया जा सकता है: 1 छोटा चम्मच चूर्ण को एक गिलास पानी में मिलाकर उबालें और पानी की मात्रा एक चौथाई रहने दें। ●ट्रिम सपोर्ट - 1 कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार भोजन के आधे घंटे बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। ●गार्सिनिया कैप्सूल - 2 कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार भोजन के आधे घंटे बाद गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। ●आहार संबंधी सुझाव-आलू, चावल आदि जैसे कार्बोहाइड्रेट से भरपूर खाद्य पदार्थों से बचें। मीठे और वसायुक्त खाद्य पदार्थों से बचें। साबुत अनाज जैसे ब्राउन राइस, ओट्स और सफेद ब्रेड चुनें। उच्च वसा वाले लाल मांस, हॉट डॉग से बचें और प्रोटीन के लिए मेवे, फलियां और मछली का सेवन करें।जंक फूड और पेय पदार्थों से बचें।कम वसा वाले डेयरी उत्पाद जैसे स्किम्ड मिल्क, पनीर और सादा दही का सेवन करें। स्वस्थ आहार के साथ-साथ व्यायाम और शारीरिक गतिविधि भी करनी चाहिए।
