आयुर्वेद में Harad (हरितकी) को “अमृत समान रसायन” कहा गया है। यह शरीर से विषैले तत्व (आम) बाहर निकालकर पाचन, रक्तशुद्धि और त्वचा की प्राकृतिक चमक को बढ़ाने में सहायक मानी जाती है। दूध के साथ हरड़ लेने से कुछ लोगों में त्वचा साफ, मुलायम और ग्लोइंग दिख सकती है, क्योंकि यह अंदर से बॉडी को डिटॉक्स करने में मदद करती है। लेकिन केवल हरड़ पीने से अचानक “गोरा” होना संभव नहीं है। असली फायदा त्वचा को स्वस्थ और साफ बनाने में मिलता है। बालों पर प्रभाव सही मात्रा में लेने पर हरड़ बालों को नुकसान नहीं करती। बल्कि आयुर्वेद के अनुसार अच्छा पाचन और शुद्ध रक्त बालों की जड़ों को भी पोषण देता है। कब नुकसान हो सकता है? अगर हरड़ अधिक मात्रा में या लंबे समय तक बिना जरूरत ली जाए तो शरीर में रूखापन बढ़ सकता है, जिससे: बाल ड्राय हो सकते हैं हेयर फॉल बढ़ सकता है कमजोरी या कब्ज महसूस हो सकती ह कैसे लें? रात को सोने से पहले 1 गिलास गुनगुने दूध में ¼ से ½ चम्मच हरड़ चूर्ण बेहतर रिज़ल्ट के लिए तला-भुना और ज्यादा चीनी कम करें रोज पर्याप्त पानी पिएं 7–8 घंटे नींद लें आंवला, घी और फल डाइट में शामिल करें इस तरह संतुलित मात्रा में हरड़ + दूध लेने से त्वचा और बाल दोनों को लाभ मिल सकता है।

•​It improves Agni (digestive fire), which directly enhances the quality of Ahara Rasa (nutrient plasma). In Ayurveda, hair (Kesha) is the Upadhatu (by-product) of Asti Dhatu (bone tissue), which relies entirely on healthy digestion.
•​Far from harming your hair, internal consumption of Harad helps strengthen hair roots, reduces scalp inflammation, and prevents premature greying. Dosage: Take 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 2–3 grams) of pure Haritaki Churna (Harad powder). ​Medium: Consume it with a cup of warm cow’s milk or lukewarm water at bedtime. ••External Application (For Direct Skin Brightening) ​To target pigmentation and uneven skin tone directly, external application yields faster results than internal consumption alone. •​The Pack: Mix 1 teaspoon of Harad powder with Rose Water (for oily/normal skin) or Yogurt/Raw Milk (for dry skin) to form a smooth paste. ••​Application: Apply it to your face for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with normal water.
