It sound like you are experiencing multiple symptoms that could be associted with a few different issues, and it’s important to get a comprehensive understanding. Based on Ayurveda, the symptoms like vaginal burning, itching, and frequent urination, painful intercourse, these all might indicate a Vata and Pitta imbalance. This can result in inflammation and dryness, affecting the reproductive and urinary systems.

Let’s break this down a bit. The delayed periods you mention could be indicative of Vata imbalance, particularly focused around apana vata, which governs the lower abdomen including menstrual flow and elimination. Incorporating a diet that pacifies Vata might help, like including more warm, cooked foods that are easy to digest. Think of sweet fruits like ripe bananas, cooked squash, carrots and sweet potatoes, and ensure you are well-hydrated with warm herbal teas.

For the symptoms of burning and thick or smelly discharge, a Pitta imbalance could be responsible. Cooling and soothing herbs can be beneficial. Consider taking Shatavari, an adaptogenic herb known in Ayurveda for its cooling and reproductive system-supporting properties. Mixing a teaspoon of Shatavari powder with warm milk and having it at bedtime can be soothing.

As for the boil you mentioned, applying a paste of turmeric and sandalwood on the area might help in reducing the remaining irritation. Be sure it’s a clean and dry area when you apply this.

Regarding the pain during intercourse, introducing natural lubricants like coconut oil can help minimize dryness mechanical friction, making the experience less painful. Seek a stress-free, warm environment, as stress often aggravates Vata, contributing to increased pain perception during intercourse.

It’s essential, though, to consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying infection, like a urinary or yeast infection, especially since there’s a smelly discharge. They can provide immediate solutions that might require prescription treatment. Consider these Ayurvedic suggestions as supportive, rather than primary, in conjunction with any medical interventions advised by your doctor.
