Considering your symptoms and the lack of significant findings in conventional tests, it seems like your issue may relate to an imbalance in your digestive fire, or “agni” in Ayurveda. You might be experiencing Vata and Pitta imbalances, which can exacerbate issues like loose stool with mucus, bloating, gurgling sounds, and weakness.

For immediate relief and to help restore balance, you may want to focus on the following:

1. Dietary Adjustments: It’s essential that you eat warm, cooked meals to rekindle the digestive fire. Avoid raw foods and cold drinks, as they can aggravate your symptoms. Opt for easily digestible foods like rice gruel (kanji) with a bit of ghee, which can soothe and strengthen the gut lining. Incorporating spices like cumin, coriander, and fennel while cooking can help improve digestion, too.

2. Herbal Remedies: Since you’ve tried various Ayurvedic formulations but haven’t seen much improvement, consider starting with a simple decoction of ginger tea. Just boil a few slices of fresh ginger in water and drink it warm throughout the day. This might aid in alleviating bloating and stimulating appetite.

3. Digestive Routine: Avoid eating when stressed or rushed, as it can further weaken the digestive process. Try to have meals at regular, fixed times, and chew your food thoroughly.

4. Hydration: Ensure you’re consuming enough warm fluids, but not immediately after meals. This can impact your digestion negatively. Aim to sip warm water throughout the day to stay hydrated without shocking your digestive system.

5. Physical Activity and Rest: Engage in light exercises like walking or yoga, which can boost metabolism and relieve constipation. Prioritize getting adequate rest at night, as sleep is crucial for digestive health.

6. Meditation and Stress Management: Since stress can worsen digestive issues, spend a few minutes daily practicing meditation or pranayama (breathing exercises). These practices are known to balance Vata, calming both mind and body.

7. Considerations: If you find your weight continues to drop or you experience additional symptoms, consult with an Ayurveda doctor or a healthcare professional to ensure nothing has been overlooked.

These steps are a guide to rebalancing your system gently. Given your experiences with different treatments, the key is consistency and patience; Ayurveda often requires sustained efforts to see significant changes.
