I have a very sensitive acne prone skin. My skin is oily . I can't use any product because it is causing me pimple. My cheek and nose are very oily.i have nose full of blackheads and whiteheads. My chin is also with whiteheads. I have these little bumps on my forehead.

1st start with dietry changes Avoid junk spicy extra salty food items

If you have dandruff that need to be treated 1st

You can apply lepa of multani mitti with sariva and manjistha

Don’t go for heavy creams and moisturizer it will worsen the acne If necessary use gel based cream

I worked as a duty doctor in NRACHARYA hospital Koteshwara and later at New Medical Hospital in Kundapura, and each shift there showed me diff things about patient care, some days smooth and some totally chaotic.. but all useful. That course pushed me to explore detox, shodhana logic, and the way dosha behave when you guide them properly. Sometimes I get unsure mid-consultation, like am I missing one more point in history taking, but that doubt kinda helps me re-check and give better clarity to the pt. I try to mix my clinical experience from these hospitals with the classical ayurved basics we studied—pratyaksha, anumana, sabda—all in a practical way, not too bookish.
