Addressing issues related to gas, burping (which I assume you mean by “brashes”), and general fatigue involves understanding your individual constitution or prakriti in Ayurveda. Your symptoms might signal an imbalance particularly in your Vata and Pitta doshas.

Given your history with H. pylori, it’s vital to recognize that this bacterial infection can harm your digestive health, and, in Ayurveda, this translates into a disruption of Agni (digestive fire). Having undergone treatment for H. pylori, it’s essential to focus on restoring your digestion.

1. Dietary adjustments are a core consideration. Opt for a warm, nourishing diet that suits your dosha. Minimize the intake of spicy, oily, and overly processed foods as they can aggravate Pitta and Vata. Incorporate cooked vegetables, whole grains, and easily digestible proteins into your meals.

2. Ginger is an excellent digestive aid and can be included in your routine. Chewing on a small piece of ginger with a pinch of salt before meals can spark up agni. Be mindful, however, of your body’s response—too much heat can pitta imbalance.

3. A simple remedy to soothe gas and enhance digestion involves cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds. Use them in your cooking or brew a tea by boiling a teaspoon of each in boiling water for about 10 minutes.

4. Mindful eating practices like eating at regular intervals, chewing food thoroughly, and avoiding late-night meals will stabilize Vata and benefit your digestion.

5. For fatigue and mood issues, consider Ashwagandha. It’s reputed for its calming and rejuvenating properties. Consult an Ayurveda practitioner to tailor its use to your specific needs.

6. Regular exercise, yoga, or pranayama can balance your doshas, boost mood, and energy levels. Opt for grounding practices like gentle yoga or an afternoon walk.

Lastly, prioritize some form of relaxation each day. Stress can exacerbate digestive issues and fatigue, so consider practices like meditation or simply enjoying a hobby you love. If your depressive symptoms persist, it’s crucial to consult both an ayurvedic practicioner and a mental health specialist to address these comprehensively.
