Your stomach discomfort and recurring pain indeed could indicate a few imbalances in the body. From an Ayurvedic perspective, such symptoms often relate to an imbalance in Pitta dosha, which might be causing increased acidity, and possibly some Vata issues leading to bloating and gas.

First and foremost, it’s essential to bring Pitta back into balance. Try consuming a Pitta-pacifying diet. Incorporate cooling, hydrating foods like cucumbers, cilantro, and sweet fruits such as pears and melons into your meal plan. Avoid spicy, oily, and fried foods, as well as excessive consumption of caffeinated beverages and alcohol which tend to aggravate Pitta.

Focus on boosting your agni (the digestive fire) to improve the digestive process. A simple home remedy is to drink a warm glass of water with a teaspoon of ginger juice and a pinch of cumin powder before meals, which facilitates digestion and can reduce gas.

Additionally, practice mindful eating; sit calmly and chew your food thoroughly. Also, avoid lying down immediately after meals. A gentle walk could help stimulate digestion.

Stress can aggravate both Pitta and Vata, so implementing stress-reduction techniques like yoga, meditation, and deep-breathing exercises can be beneficial. Consider practicing the Sheetali pranayama, a cooling breath practice, daily.

For sleeping, ensure your head is elevated, as lying flat can sometimes exacerbate acidity. Embrace a routine of sleeping and waking at the same time to align with the body’s natural rhythms.

Lastly, Triphala might be beneficial due to its mild laxative properties and capacity to balance all three doshas. Take a teaspoon with warm water before going to bed.

If these interventions do not bring relief within a few weeks, it would be wise to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to delve deeper into your situation. They might provide specific herbal remedies or suggest therapies tailor-made for your constitution.
