Has anyone experienced relief from lower back pain using Lumbagest capsules? - #22728

I am really confused about this whole thing with the lumbagest capsule. I’ve been having this radiating lower back pain for a while now and my friend suggested the lumbagest capsule which has, like, been known to help with muscle relief. I tried it for a week but dunno if it's working or if I’m just wishing it would! Sometimes it feels better, but sometimes it just kills me when I sit for a long time. I don’t want to rely on painkillers forever. Has anyone else used this lumbagest capsule, and what did you think? I really need some insights here! Thanks!!

Yoda postures like Cat-Cow, and Child’s Pose may help relieve tension, alongside regular walking which promotes circulation. Though sitting for prolonged periods can exacerbate pain, try standing or doing light stretches every hour.

Additionally, local application of warm oils such as Mahanarayan taila, in a gentle massage on the affected area, may offer some relief. Practicing consistent sleep and rest routines to restore your body’s energy levels is crucial. If the condition worsens or the pain remains unmanageable, consulting directly with an Ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare professional is advisable for personalized guidance.
