Face Oil Blend (apply 2x daily before moisturiser):

Mix:

3 drops Kumkumadi tailam (for pigmentation & glow)

3 drops Jojoba oil (for hydration) Massage gently into damp skin on face. Avoid during day if going out in sun.

🌼 Face Pack (2x weekly):

1 tsp Masoor dal powder

1 pinch turmeric

1/2 tsp raw milk or rose water

Apply to pigmented or flaky areas for 15 mins

Internal Skin Boosters:

**1 tsp cow ghee with warm water or food daily

**Saptamrit Lauh – improves skin, eyes, and hormones (1 tab after breakfast)

🟠Use neem oil for scalp and on body 🟠Avoid fermented processed, packed food, no bekary product no maida, no oily spicy food, no pickle, papad. 🟢Mahatiktaghrut- half table spoon add 1 to 2 sips of luke warm water have it empty stomach daily in the morning at least 2 months. 🟢Tab: Sukshma triphala 2 tablets 2 times in a day after food for 15 days. 🟢Sarivadyasav 2 table spoon + same quantity luke warm water after breakfast and dinner for 1 month. 🟠No harsh body soap. 🟠Not to much hot water for bath. 🟠Use pure cotton clothes .

Don’t worry, First of all avoid excessive spicy, sour,salty,sweet food,sesame seeds,pea,brinjal etc… And start taking1.Mahatiktak kwath 15 ml with 30 ml of Luke warm water empty stomach twice in a day. 2.Gandhak rasayana 1-0-1 3.khadirarishta 20ml with equal amount of Lukewarm water just after having meal twice in a day. 4.Mulethi powder 1 tsf once in a day … 5.manjishtha powder 1 tsf once in a day… Apply few drops of KUMKUMAADI TAILAM OVER THE AFFEXTED areas of your face at nignt… Follow up after 30 days…

HI SRILAKSHMI , so what you’re going through the dry itchy scalp, flaky facial skin, pigmentation, asthma, and gastric issues are all deeply connected. In Ayurveda, this points to a Vata-Pitta imbalance, meaning your body is both too dry and overheated inside. That dryness affects your skin and gut, while the heat causes inflammation and pigmentation. After delivery, your body went through Dhatukshaya (tissue depletion), and without full recovery, it left your system sensitive. That’s why your skin became dry and discolored, your digestion slowed, and even your immunity weakened. Your asthma from childhood shows your Pranavaha Srotas (breathing channels)have always been weak and in Ayurveda, lungs and skin are closely connected. So now your body is dry, undernourished, and inflamed at the same time. These symptoms match conditions like Vicharchika, Charma Kandu, and Kshudra Kushta, which all come from deeper imbalances, not just external triggers. So we can’t just use creams we need to heal your gut, nourish your blood, cool your system, and strengthen your immunity. With the right herbs, oils, and food, your skin and breath will both start calming down and rebuilding.

1. Internal Medicines

You are experiencing a combination of symptoms -dry , flaky skin on face(around nose, chin), and inside ears -scalp itching with hairfall -facial pigmentation -loss of appetite, gas(gastric issues) -chronic asthama - overall body dryness, itching

All of these issues are connected. In Ayurveda, this is mainly due to imbalance in vata and pitta doshas, with some involvement of kapha in asthma.

VATA DOSHA IMBALANCE -dryness, rough skin, hairfall -gas, constipation, variable appetite - insomnia or poor sleep - nervous system sensitivity - excess movement in body and min

PITTA DOSHA IMBALANCE -skin pigmentation -burning or inflammation -heat in digestion - emotional irritation or anger

KAPHA DOSHA -in Asthama, mucus accumulation in lungs - blockages, heaviness, sluggish digestion

So we are seeing a vata-pitta aggravation with chronic kapha influence in lungs

TREATMENT GOALS

YOGA ASANA -Adho much svanasana(downward dog)= increases scalp blood flow -Sarvangasana= stimulates thyroid, nourishes head region -Shirshasana= direct blood flow to scalp -Ustrasana, Matsyasana= opens up chest and throat, affects hormonal balance

PRANAYAM -Bhramari= calms mind, improves oxygen to hair roots -Anulom vilom= balances vata- pitta -Sheetali/sheetkari= pitta shamak

MEDITATION -daily 15 mins of Trataka(candle gazing)+ Dhyana can help hormonal and mental factors

SPECIAL HIAR DECOCTION BOIL- 1 tsp bhringaraj, 1 tsp brahmi, 1/2 tsp yashtimadhu, 3 cups water-> reduce to 1 cup->drink daily AM or PM

2) LICORICE POWDER+ MILK -ligthens dark spots and pigmentation -use as a mask for 15-20 mins

3) TURMERIC + GRAM FLOUR + YOGURT. PASTE -traditional ubtan for tan removal = brightens complexion with regular use.

4) ALOE VERA GEL+ SANDALWOOD POWDER -use at night, soothe skin.

5) KUMKUMADI TAILA - apply 2-3 drops at night = hyperpigmentation

6) NALPAMRADI TAILA= whole body massage 30 mins before bath

FOR EARS -apply ELADI KERAM or warm COCONUT OIL with a cotton bud for dryness

NATURAL HOME REMEDIES -soaked almonds(5) + black raisins(10) = every morning -aloe vera juice(10ml)= empty stomach for skin and digestion -turmeric+ honey= ½ tsp turmeric in 1 tsp honey daily for immunity - triphala churna= 1 tsp with warm water at night for detox and bowel -keep scalp and skin moisturised regularly - use chemical free shampoo -sleep 7-8 hrs and avoid screen time at night - reduce stress, which can worsen vata and skin issues - avoid exposure to dry air, AC, cold wind

But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout.
