I am really struggling to focus lately and my memory feels super foggy, like I can't remember where I put my keys half the time! A friend told me about jyotishmati oil for brain health and how it might help with clarity and overall cognitive function, but I'm not sure how to actually use it. I've read that it's great for improving brain function, but like do I just rub it on my temples or what? How to use jyotishmati oil for brain benefits is just kinda confusing for me!
