As soon as my periods end from the next days I start having white discharge and the discharge is so much that I get severe pain in the sides of my stomach and also get fever when I go to toilet i wash that area many times and even while cleaning sticky discharge keeps coming out for the 15 days continuously pls help me to get rid of this i face fever all the timebecause of this also I have facing extrem hair fall and white discharge issues has from past 3-4 years

Take chandraprabha vati 1-0-1 after food with water Take tablet M2TONE 1-0-1 after food with water Amalaki rasayan 1-0-1 after food with water Apply amla oil twice weekly keep overnight and wash in the morning with mild herbal shampoo. Follow up after 1 month

White discharge, also known as leucorrhea, can sometimes be a normal part of the menstrual cycle, but experiencing it in excess along with symptoms like fever, stomach pain, and hair fall suggests an underlying imbalance or health issue that needs addressing. Ayurveda primarily focuses on the balance of doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—to offer a way forward.

In your case, the excessive white discharge could be related to an imbalance in Kapha dosha, which typically governs the mucosal linings. This may also contribute to your fever and hair loss. First, it’s crucial to consult a healthcare provider to rule out any infections that may require immediate medical attention. If infections are not the culprit, then Ayurveda can be a beneficial complement.

To alleviate excessive discharge, diet plays a key role. Begin incorporating a Kapha-pacifying diet: light, warm, and easily digestible foods such as steamed vegetables, clear vegetable soups, and spices like cumin, coriander, and ginger can be helpful. Avoid cold, oily, and excessively sweet or sour foods, as they can exacerbate Kapha.

Ashoka tree bark is an essential herb traditionally used in Ayurveda to manage female reproductive health. Consuming Ashoka-arishta (a fermented preparation of Ashoka bark) 2-3 tablespoons mixed with an equal amount of water after meals, twice a day, may help balance doshas.

For hair fall, Bhringraj oil massage can nourish the scalp and hair roots, but it’s important to address internal imbalances first. Twice a week, gently heat the oil and massage onto your scalp before washing.

Routine lifestyle habits are also vital; establish a regular sleep cycle, avoid stress as much as possible, and practice daily yoga or meditation to support overall health.

Remember that these suggestions should be tailored to your prakriti (constitution). Consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner to guide these treatments specifically to your needs is recommended. And once again, please, if symptoms such as fever and pronounced pain persist, don’t hesitate to seek immediate conventional medical attention as well.

HELLO ISHIKA,

A) WHITE VAGINAL DISCHARGE -this is STICKY discharge from vagina that occurs after your periods -In Ayurveda, it’s called shwetapradara, caused mainly due to kapha dosha imbalance -it can also be triggered by weak digestion, low reproductive energy, or stress

Just like excess oil comes out when food is overcooked, your body pushes out extra white fluid when internal balance is disturbed

-sometimes linked to hormonal imbalance, stress, weakness, or incomplete shedding of the uterus lining.

TREATMENT GOALS -balance doshas= mainly kapha and apana vata - improves uterine tone= strengthen the reproductive system - detoxify body= removes toxins that contribute to imbalance -restore proper digestion= healthy digestion supports reproductive hormones

AYURVEDIC MEDICATIONS

A) FOR WHITE VAGINAL DISCHARGE

1) PUSHYANUG CHURNA= 1 tsp with honey twice daily before food for 1-2 months = stops white discharge, strengthen uterus

2) PATRANGASAVA= 15ml with equal water after meals twice daily for 3 months = balances hormones, reduces discharge

3) LODHRA CHURNA= 1 tsp with lukewarm water once daily in evening = dries excess discharge

4) TRIPHALA CHURNA= 1 tsp at night with warm water =detoxifies and improves digestion

GENERAL DIET PLAN

EAT -warm, home cooked meals - moong dal, rice, khichdi -ghee in small quantity-nourishes reproductive tissues -cooked vegetables-bottle gourd, ridge gourd, pumpkin -herbal teas= fennel, cumin, coriander -fresh fruits=pomegrante, papaya not during periods, amla - soaked almonds=4-5 daily

AVOID -curd especially at night - cold drinks, refrigerated food - fried, oily, junk food - excess sour=tamrind, vinegar and spicy food - excess sugar-cakes/sweets - processed foods, white bread, and noodles

LIFESTYLE -wake up early, preferably before 7 am - avoid sleeping during day - stay physically active- sedentary habits worsen symptoms -avoid mental stress, overthinking, and emotional trauma - don’t suppress natural urges-urine, stool, gas - during menstruation, avoid heavy exercise or lifting

YOGA AND PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES

Do these 4-5 days/week (except during periods)

-Baddha konasana= improves circulation in pelvic area -Supta baddha konasana= relaxes uterus, relieves discharge -Setu bandhasana= tones uterus -Paschimottanasana= regulates apana vata -Viparita karani= restores pelvic balance -Mool bandha(pelvic floor tightening)= strengthens muscles and reduce discharge

PRANAYAM -nadi sodhana=balances hormones -Bhramari Pranayam= calms mind, reduces stress induced issues

HOME REMEDIES

1) MEETHI SEED WATER - soak 1 tsp methi seeds overnight in water -boil in the morning, strain and drink on empty stomach =reduces discharge, improves digestion

2) RICE WATER WITH LODHRA CHURNA -boil rice, collect the starchy water(kanji) -add 1 tsp of lodhra churna drink warm =stops white discharge, strengthen uterus

3) AMLA JUICE+ALOE VERA -mix 1 tbsp amla juice+1 tbsp Aloe vera juice -take once in morning on empty stomach = cleanses reproductive system, balances hormones

4) POMEGRANATE PEEL POWDER -dry pomegrante peels, grind to powder -take 1/2 tsp with honey once daily = uterine tonic
