You have had itchy red bumps on the hands for 6 months that come and go. This type of skin issue is often due to Rakta dushti (impure blood), Pitta-kapha imbalance, and Ama (toxins) accumulation. -Pitta-> causes heat, redness, burning sensation -Kapha-> causes oozing, swelling, stickiness -Ama (toxins)-> develops when digestion is weak and improper food accumulates, leading to repeated flare-ups -Rakta (blood) vitiation -> carries these toxins to the skin, causing itching and eruptions
