Recurring urinary tract infections (UTIs) can be quite distressing. In Ayurveda, balancing the doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata, is key when it comes to treating UTIs. The burning sensation you describe is typically related with aggravated Pitta, while the frequent urge might suggest a Vata imbalance.

First, it might be helpful to incorporate cooling foods and liquids to pacify Pitta. Coconut water and cucumber juice are excellent choices—both soothe Pitta and keep you hydrated. Consider drinking a glass of coconut water twice daily.

Boosting your agni (digestive fire) is important too, while ensuring not to heat your system too much. Ginger tea can help—brew fresh ginger in hot water, drink it 30 minutes before meals, it aids digestion without increasing Pitta.

Adding coriander is beneficial too. You can make a decoction by boiling 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds in 2 cups of water; cool it down and consume twice daily.

For monring routine, start your day with lukewarm water mixed with a teaspoon of honey. It gently cleanses and balances Vata dosha.

regularly urinating, without holding it for long, can help flush out bacteria. Wear comfortable cotton underwear and avoid tight clothing—these can aggravate symptoms.

Avoid spicy, oily foods, and minimize caffeinated drinks as they can imbalance Pitta further. Also, try not to suppress natural urges as doing so can disturb Vata.

Herbs like Gokshura are often recommended for urinary issues. A Gokshura supplement might be helpful, but discuss this with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any supplement.

Finally, if symptoms persist or worsen, reaching out for professional medical help is important. While these ayurvedic suggestions may aid in managing the condition, an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is essential for safety and long-term health.
