Hello, Please visit a nearby ayurveda doctor, who can acess and diagnoses the condition appropriately. Till then- 1. Hydrate your self with atleast 1.5 liters of jeera/ajwain water 2. Please do not take medications of they are not precribed by a doctor. 3. Start doing yogasana and pranayama for atleast for an hour daily. 4. Follow food routine(timings) 5. Avoid all processed and refrigerated food, deep fried food, outside food. Take care. Kind regards.

Swelling in the ankles, pain in the back and legs, coupled with symptoms like high blood pressure and digestive issues, could potentially indicate multiple conditions, some of which may need immediate attention. Swollen ankles could suggest fluid retention, possibly related to kidney issues or cardiovascular concerns. Back pain on either side might be associated with the kidneys, often indicating conditions like stones or inflammation. It’s crucial to consider seeing a healthcare professional to rule out anything serious. Constipation and piles often point towards an aggravated Vata dosha in Ayurveda, especially if your lifestyle involves irregular routines, consumption of dry food, or high stress.

Firstly, ensure to hydrate well, but in moderation, without overburdening kidneys if they’re sensitive. Warm water sipped throughout the day aids in digestion and flushing out toxins. Incorporate more fiber-rich foods, like whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, to support your bowel movement. Triphala powder could be beneficial taken nightly, with warm water, aiding constipation naturally.

High blood pressure echoes a Pitta imbalance, often associated with stress and dietary choices. Minimize intake of spicy and salty foods, caffeine, and ensure proper sleep hygiene to manage stress. Ashwagandha might help in alleviating stress while promoting calmness; taking it under direction of a qualified practitioner.

For piles, sitz baths might offer relief and application of coconut oil can soothe irritated tissues. Turmeric or Triphala supplements could assist due to their anti-inflammatory properties but should be taken with expert guidance.

Please keep in mind the mix of symptoms you are experiencing requires medical evaluation for accurate diagnosis. Specifically considering your use of lonapam, avoiding rapid changes in medication without professional advice is crucial. Seek comprehensive medical consultation to address these issues safely.

Your symptoms suggest a possible imbalance, perhaps involving your renal function, which may relate to an underlying kidney issue. The combination of back pain, swelling in the ankles (edema), and high blood pressure can point to the need to investigate kidney health further with your primary healthcare provider. Additionally, constipation and piles suggest possible disruptions in your digestive fire, or agni, pointing to a vata imbalance with possible pitta aggravation. Let’s address these concerns one by one.

First, considering your swollen ankles and back pain, it’s crucial to get medical testing to check for any renal issues immediately. These symptoms can indicate fluid retention and may require urgent evaluation.

For the constipation and piles, incorporate foods that soothe and balance vata. Eating warm, cooked foods with plenty of fiber—like stewed apples or well-cooked vegetables—can assist in regulating your digestion. Add a teaspoon of ghee to your main meals, which can support smooth digestion and lubrication of the intestinal tract.

Try to maintain regular sleep schedules, and avoid stimulants in the evening, to improve your rest. Use pranayama techniques in the morning to calm your mind, like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), which can help in balancing vata dosha and improving sleep.

Do closely monitor your blood pressure, as high levels are critical to health. Engage in gentle exercises like walking for at least 30 minutes a day, if your condition allows. Given the complexity and potential seriousness of your symptoms, further examination by a healthcare professional is suggested to ensure any serious conditions receive appropriate treatment. It would be unsafe to rely solely on lifestyle modifications here without a professional healthcare evaluation first.
