hello Harish ,

Bilkul, aapke prashn mein jo baat hai daant peele aur kamzor ho rahe hain, 2 baar brush karne ke baad bhi usmein Ashti Dhatu aur Vitamin D dono ka gahra sambandh ho sakta hai.

Drishti se Samasya ka Mool Karan:

Ayurveda ke anusar, daant Ashti Dhatu ke upadhatu (by-product) hote hain. Agar Ashti dhatu mein kshaya (deficiency) ya durbalata ho, to daanton mein: Peelanpan Kamzori Chhed ya sensitivity Jhadna ye sab lakshan dikhne lagte hain.

Vitamin D ki kami bhi ashti dhatu ke poshan mein badha daalti hai, kyonki bina uske calcium properly absorb nahi hota. Dono ek doosre se jude hue hain ek tarah se aahar poshan chakra ka samvedansheel sthaan yahaan prabhavit ho raha hai.

Lakshan:

Brush karne ke baad bhi peele daant Masoodon ki sujan ya bleeding (agar ho rahi ho) Daanton mein kamzori ya thakan jaisi bhavna Sharir mein halki haddiyon ki dard Thakan, bal ka jhadna (agar ho raha ho)

Upchar (Ayurveda + Natural Approach):

1. Ama Pachana aur Deepana Pachan (pehle 5–7 din): Trikatu churna (Sonth + Kali mirch + Pippali): 1/4 chammach garm paani ke saath, din mein 2 baar – bhukh aur absorption badhaata hai. Gandhak Rasayan – 1 goli, din mein 2 baar khane ke baad, 5 din tak – gut aur dant rog dono mein upyogi.

2. Dant aur Ashti Dhatu ka Poshak Chikitsa (7 din baad se): Asthiposhak Vati – 1–1 goli, din mein 2 baar, khane ke baad (Dhootapapeshwar ki mil jaati hai) (Calcium, Praval Pishti, Shankha Bhasma se bhari hoti hai) Ashwagandha + Shatavari + Hadjod churna – ½–½ chammach subah-shaam garm doodh ke saath (Ashti dhatu ko majbooti deta hai aur systemic support deta hai) Vitamin D ka prakritik source: Har roz 20–25 minute subah 8–10 baje ke beech dhoop lena (sir aur peeth ke hisse par direct dhoop) Doodh mein thoda haldi aur ghee milaakar peena – calcium absorption badhata hai

3. Dant Manjan (Natural Dant Shuddhi): Triphala + Lavang + Sendha Namak + Neem churna – isse dant manjan bana sakte hain.

Aahar Salah:

Til (black sesame), ghee, milk, paneer, drumstick, almonds (bhige hue) – haddiyon aur daanton ke liye utkrishta Avoid – soda, processed foods, packaged snacks, cold drinks Raat ko der se sona aur khana – ashti dhatu poshan mein badha daal sakta hai

Jaanch (agar nahi karayi ho to):

Vitamin D3 (25 OH) Vitamin B12 Serum Calcium CBC (to rule out low hemoglobin) Bone Mineral Density (agar sharir mein aur jagon par bhi kamzori ya pain ho)

Samapan:

Aapki samasya bahut logon ke saath hoti hai, lekin iska samadhan sambhav hai. Aapne pehle se brush karna shuru kiya hai, ab antarik poshan aur dhatu saadhan par dhyan dena hai. Regular Ayurvedic chikitsa aur aahar-sanskaar se daant fir se majboot aur swastha ho sakte hain.

Agar aap chahein to aapke liye 4-week ka personalized dant + ashti dhatu care chart bhi bana sakti hoon.

Warm regards, Dr. Karthika

HELLO HARISH,

-Bones, teeth and nails are all made from the same “building block” in your body called Asthi dhatu in Ayurveda.

If Asthi dhatu becomes weak -bones become fragile -teeth become yellow, weak, or sensitive -nails may become brittle -sometimes joint pain, backache, hairfall may also occur

IN MODERN SCIENCE TERMS -Vitamin D deficiency= poor calcium absorption-> bones and teeth lose strength -Poor digestion/metabolism= even if you eat good food , your body can’t use it properly -Excess vata dosha= dryness and degeneration in bones

AYURVEDIC VIEW -Asthi dhatu gets nourishment from the previous tissue (medo dhatu (fat tissue)) in the 7 step nourishment chain -If digestion is weak (mandagni) -> this chain is disturbed-> Asthi dhatu doesn’t get enough nutrition

Vata dosha increases due to -eating too much dry/cold food -skipping meals -stress -less sleep -excess physical strain

SIGNS YOU MAY NOTICE -weak grip, brittle nails -sensitivity in teeth, frequent dental issues -back pain or joint discomfort -sometimes anxiety, restlessness due to vata aggravation

TREATMENT GOALS -strengthen asthi dhatu (bones, teeth, nails) -improves digestion and metabolism so nutrition reaches the bones -correct vitamin D and calcium deficiency -balance vata dosha to slow down degeneration -local care for teeth to prevent further damage

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

1) PRAVAL PANCHAMRIT (Classical calcium rich medicine )= 250 mg twice daily with honey or ghee for 2-3 months = rich in bioavailable calcium, strengthens bones and teeth

2) LAKSHA GUGGULU= 1 tab twice daily after meals with warm milk for 2 months = helps in bone formation and repair

3) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA= 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime for 2-3 months = vata shaman , improves bone and muscle strength

4) ARJUNA CHURNA= 3 g twice daily with milk for 2 months = rich in calcium and supports bone health

5) DHATUPOSHAK CHURNA= 5 gm with milk in morning for 2 months = enhances all dhatus, especially asthi dhatu

EXTERNAL / LOCAL CARE

1) DANT MANJAN= triphala powder + lavang (clove) powder + sendha namak =brush gently with this twice a week to strengthen gums and teeth

2) OIL PULLING= 1 tbsp sesame oil in mouth, swish for 5-10 min in morning -> strengthens gums, removes toxins

3) MASSAGE WITH WARM SESAME OIL on joints and nails twice a week-> reduces vata, nourishes bones externally

LIFESTYLE CHANGES -regular sunlight exposure= morning sunlight for 20-30 min (arms, face, legs uncovered) -avoid excess screen time at night-> improves hormonal balance for bone metabolism -sleep 10pm - 6 am (asthi dhatu replenishes during deep sleep) -avoid sudden weight loss, crash diets -use warm water for drinking (improves digestion) -avoid cold drinks, excessive packaged/processed food

GENTLE WEIGHT BEARING POSTURES -tadasana -vrikshasana -trikonasana -bhujangasana -setu bandhasana

PRANAYAM -Anulom Vilom= balances vata -bhramari= calms mind, support healing -surya bhedana= boosts warmth and digestion

-SURYANAMSKAR= daily , 5-6 rounds for vitamin D synthesis and overall flexibility

DIET

CALCIUM AND MINERAL RICH= ragi, sesame, almonds, morning leaves, drumstick pods

VITAMIN C (for collagen in bones)= amla, guava, lemon ,oranges

HEALTHY FATS (carry minerals into tissues) =cow ghee, coconut, soaked nuts

PROTEIN (for bone matrix) =moong dal, urad dal, milk, panner

BONE-HEALING HERBS/SPICES =turmeric, dry ginger, methi seeds

WHAT TO AVOID -fizzy drinks, excessive sugar -refined flour and junk food -overconsumption of tea/coffe calcium loss -extreme fasting without guidance

HOME REMEDIES

1) SESAME-ALMOND MILK -soak 1 tbsp white sesame + 5 almonds overnight =grind, boil in milk, drink in morning

2) AMLA-GUD MIX -1 tsp amla powder+ small piece of jaggery daily

3) HALDI MILK =1/2 tsp turmeric in warm cold milk at bedtime

INVESTIGATIONS RECOMMENDED

-VITAMIN D= to check deficiency level -Serum calcium and phosphorus -Alkaline phosphatase (bone turnover marker) -BMD (bone mineral density ) if symptoms are severe -CBC and Thyroid profile= to rule out other causes of weakness

HARISH JI, your symptoms are connected- teeth, nails and bones reflects the health of Asthi dhatu If we work on -improving digestion -correcting deficiencies -balancing Vata -providing direct bone nutrition internally and externally then you can expect improvement within 6-8 weeks and much stronger results in 3-4 months with consistency

The key is Pateince- bones and teeth repair slowly, but steadily when the right environment is given.

DO FOLLOW

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

Aapki umar aur symptoms ko dekhte huye, yeh sambhav hai ki ashti dhatu ki durbalta aur vitamin D ki kami aapas mein judi ho sakti hai. Ashti dhatu haddi aur danto ke liye zimmedar hoti hai aur jab is ka poshan thik se nahi hota toh danto ka peela aur kamzor hona svabhavik hai.

Ashti dhatu ki shakti badhane ke liye saathi saath vitamin D ke levels ko bhi sudharna zaroori hai. Prakalit dincharaya aur bhojan mein kuch parivartan karke in baat par dhyan dena hoga.

Diet main calcium vaisee ajwain, til, aur badam ko shamil karein jo ashti dhatu ko mazbooti dete hain. Din mein kam se kam 15-20 minute dhoop me baithna prabhavshali hoga kyuki dhoop se vitamin D milta hai, jo calcium absorption main madadgar hai. Saath hi, calcium aur vitamin D se amrich bhojan jaise dairy products, machhli aur ankurit daal bhij bhi le sakte hain.

Ayurvedic shilaajit ek achha upay ho sakta hai, jo haddi ki taakat ko badhavta hai. Prabhavshaali dose ke liye prakritik vaaidya se salah lein. Trifala ya ashwagandha churna jiveh amm ko door karne aur vyavharik poshan ko poshit dhatu tak pahunchane mein madad karenge.

Dinbhar kramik brushing aur tung scraping karta hai, isse danto aur masudo ki sehat bani rahti hai. Kala namak (black salt) aur mustard tel se din mein ek baar danto ki malish karein, jo khoon ka sanchar badhta hai aur dant majboot hotai hain.

Yadi prabhavit hota hai ya symptoms bigad rahe hain, toh aapke aaspas kisi prashikshit Ayurvedic doctor se sambandh karein jisse vyaanik vidhi dwara bhi jaanch karke samasya ka samadhan mile.

Daanton ki peeli aur kamzori ka sambandh ashti dhatu aur vitamin D ki kami ke sath ho sakta hai. Ashti dhatu, yaani haddiyan, aur daant aapas mein jude hote hain. Agar ashti dhatu durbal ho jaaye toh daanton ka health prabhavit ho sakta hai. Vitamin D ki kami bhi ashti dhatu ko majbooti dene mein rokawat dal sakti hai, kyunki yeh calcium absorption ke liye avashyak hai. Isliye dono maamle saath-saath address karne ki zarurat hai.

Pehle toh, aapko vitamin D aur calcium supplement lene par vichar karna chahiye, lekar apne doctor se salah leni zaruri hai. Aap dhoop mein daily 15-20 minute tak jaane ki bhi koshish kar sakte hain, kyunki yeh vitamin D ke liye natural source hai.

Kuch Ayurvedic upaye bhi hain jo aap apna sakte hain. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) aur Arjuna ki chhaal ka churna, ek chammach, subah garam paani ke saath lein. Yeh ashti dhatu aur teeth ko poshan dete hain aur unko mazboot banate hain.

Peele daanton ke liye neem aur babul ka datun upyog karna uttam hoga. Neem mein antibacterial gun hote hain jo germs ko door rakhte hain, aur babul mootkala chattak lauta sakta hai.

Khaane mein akhrot, badam, aur til (sesame seeds) shamil karein jise mineral aur oils mil sakein jo haddi aur daanton ki sehat ko badhawa dete hain.

Agar aapko daanaon ki peeli aur kamzori ek adheeratmak nochtis haleem ho raha ho ya kisi prakaar ki dard ho, to dentist se milne mein vilamb na karein — ye kisi serious daant problem ka sanket bhi ho sakta hai.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Sumit Doraya
I am Dr. Sumit Doraya, and honestly it’s been over 22 years now walking with Ayurveda—not just practicing it, but kinda living it every day. I'm the Director of SN Herbals and started Arogya Wellness Clinic with one simple thing in mind: give people real, root-level healing. No shortcuts, no masking symptoms. Just genuine care through classical Ayurvedic methods that work. I deal a lot with what we call lifestyle disorders—like people struggling with thyroid swings, PCOD issues, diabetes creeping up, and weight that just won’t shift no matter how clean they eat. These aren’t just medical cases to me—they’re people trying to make sense of their bodies in a hectic world, and Ayurveda actually gives us the tools to do that. I start by studying their prakriti, how their doshas are acting up, even things like daily routine and emotional patterns... All of that matters. Every plan is tailor-made with classical herbs, mindful diet guidance, and sometimes just a reminder to breathe deeper or sleep earlier, honestly. One thing I’m super invested in is child immunity. I offer Suvarna Prashan regularly—a beautiful ancient practice that supports kids’ immunity and brain growth. And I do see a lot of worried parents who come in for this especially before school season kicks off or monsoon hits. Another area I’ve really worked in is infertility—couples who’ve been trying for a while and just feel stuck. With proper Ayurvedic protocols focused on hormonal balance and reproductive strength, we’ve seen many get positive outcomes, naturally. Besides all that, I handle chronic digestion problems, constipation, acidity, skin troubles like psoriasis, acne, pigmentation... Sexual wellness too—those are delicate spaces where people don’t always open up easily, but Ayurveda gives gentle long-term solutions without harsh drugs or side effects. My clinic’s not a place for rushed prescriptions or one-size-fits-all fixes. It’s where you come, talk openly, get heard fully, and then start a treatment that makes sense for your body. I believe healing isn’t just about physical symptoms going away—it’s about feeling whole again. Balanced. Resilient. That’s what I try to help people reach—whatever stage of life they’re in.

Dr. Surya Bhagwati
I am a Senior Ayurveda Physician with more than 28 years in this field — and trust me, it still surprises me how much there is to learn every single day. Over these years, I’ve had the chance to treat over 1 lakh patients (probably more by now honestly), both through in-person consults and online. Some come in with a mild cough, others with conditions no one’s been able to figure out for years. Each case brings its own rhythm, and that’s where real Ayurveda begins. I still rely deeply on classical tools — *Nadi Pariksha*, *Roga-Rogi Pariksha*, proper *prakriti-vikriti* mapping — not just ticking symptoms into a list. I don’t believe in ready-made cures or generic charts. Diagnosis needs attention. I look at how the disease behaves *inside* that specific person, which doshas are triggering what, and where the imbalance actually started (hint: it’s usually not where the pain is). Over the years I’ve worked with pretty much all age groups and all kinds of health challenges — from digestive upsets & fevers to chronic, autoimmune, hormonal, metabolic and degenerative disorders. Arthritis, diabetes, PCOD, asthma, thyroid... but also things like unexplained fatigue or joint swelling that comes and goes randomly. Many of my patients had already “tried everything else” before they walked into Ayurveda, and watching their systems respond slowly—but surely—is something I don’t take lightly. My line of treatment usually combines herbal formulations (classical ones, not trendy ones), Panchakarma detox when needed, and realistic dietary and lifestyle corrections. Long-term healing needs long-term clarity — not just short bursts of symptom relief. And honestly, I tell patients that too. I also believe patient education isn’t optional. I explain things. Why we’re doing virechana, why the oil changed mid-protocol, why we pause or shift the meds after a few weeks. I want people to feel involved, not confused. Ayurveda works best when the patient is part of the process, not just receiving instructions. Even now I keep learning — through texts, talks, patient follow-ups, sometimes even mistakes that taught me what not to do. And I’m still committed, still fully into it. Because for me, this isn’t just a job. It’s a lifelong responsibility — to restore balance, protect *ojas*, and help each person live in tune with themselves. That’s the real goal.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Anjali Sehrawat
I am Dr. Anjali Sehrawat. Graduated BAMS from National College of Ayurveda & Hospital, Barwala (Hisar) in 2023—and right now I'm doing my residency, learning a lot everyday under senior clinicians who’ve been in the field way longer than me. It’s kind of intense but also really grounding. Like, it makes you pause before assuming anything about a patient. During my UG and clinical rotations, I got good hands-on exposure... not just in diagnosing through Ayurvedic nidan but also understanding where and when Allopathic tools (like lab reports or acute interventions) help fill the gap. I really believe that if you *actually* want to heal someone, you gotta see the whole picture—Ayurveda gives you that depth, but you also need to know when modern input is useful, right? I’m more interested in chronic & lifestyle disorders—stuff like metabolic imbalances, stress-linked issues, digestive problems that linger and slowly pull energy down. I don’t rush into giving churnas or kashayams just bcz the texts say so... I try to see what fits the patient’s prakriti, daily habits, emotional pattern etc. It’s not textbook-perfect every time, but that’s where the real skill grows I guess. I do a lot of thinking abt cause vs symptom—sometimes it's not the problem you see that actually needs solving first. What I care about most is making sure the treatment is safe, ethical, practical, and honest. No overpromising, no pushing meds that don’t fit. And I’m always reading or discussing sth—old Samhitas or recent journals, depends what the case demands. My goal really is to build a practice where people feel seen & understood, not just “managed.” That's where healing actually begins, right?

Dr. Janvi Dhera
I am a doctor who completed CCH and CGO from Wadia hospital, and that training gave me exposure not just in theory but also in handling patients with very diverse needs. Over time I have treated many cases of chronic skin conditions, gut related disorders and also anorectal issues like piles, fissure and similar complaints. Each case felt different, no two patients respond the same way, and I learnt how to adapt treatment according to prakriti, diet habits, stress levels. Skin problems always catch attention first — psoriasis, eczema, acne that stays for years — but I understood that they often start from inside, from digestion or blood impurities. Gut issues like acidity, constipation, IBS are also common in my practice, and here small corrections in food timing or herbs can change a lot. Anorectal cases, especially piles and fissure, are painful both physically and mentally for patients, so I try to bring a treatment plan that is safe, non-invasive when possible, and focused on long term relief not just temporary fixes. Working with such variety of disorders also taught me patience. Some patients want fast results, but Ayurveda needs time to clean the root cause. I explain them carefully, sometimes repeating many times, that slow healing is stronger healing. Building that trust is important. My approach is always to combine herbal formulations, diet advice, and lifestyle correction with procedures when required, to ensure balance is restored and maintained. For me, Ayurveda is not a set of ready remedies but a flexible science that adapts to each person. Whether it’s skin, gut or anorectal problems, my focus stays on listening, understanding and guiding patients with clarity, honesty and steady support.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Harsh Khandelwal
I am a fresher doctor stepping into practice with lot of curiosity and some nervousness too if i’m honest. My training gave me a foundation in Ayurveda principles, where health is not just the absence of illness but a balance between doshas, agni, dhatu & mind. I might not carry decades of expereince yet, but I hold patience and dedication which sometimes matter more than numbers. During study years I worked through cases of common disorders, watching how small changes in ahara-vihara and simple herbal formulations could transform patient comfort. It showed me that ayurveda is not about complicate plans but about restoring rhythm of body. I keep strong interest in musculoskeletal disorders like joint pain, stiffness, backache, where lifestyle corrections plus treatments like abhyanga, swedana and panchakarma therapies show amazing recovery. Also conditions of women health—PCOD, infertility, menstrual irregularities—are areas I want to focus deeply, as these affect daily living so much yet often stay under-discussed. I also learned about auto-immune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, aamavata, psoriatic arthritis, how tricky they are, and I feel motivated to study and treat them further with careful, step by step methods. As a fresher, I know my journey just starting. I am still shaping my skills, still questioning which approach work best, sometimes even re-checking basic things twice. But I believe this stage is also strength, because I come with open mind, no rigid habits, and eagerness to listen. I do not rush into decisions, rather I take time to observe each case, to connect symptoms with underlying dosha imbalance. I feel each patient teach something new and every treatment outcome is like a page added in my learning. I may not be perfect yet, but I am commited to honesty in my care, keeping focus on natural healing, preventive health, and respecting both modern diagnostics and traditional ayurveda wisdom. For me it is about building trust slowly, showing patients that even a fresher can hold responsibility with sincerity, and growing together step by step.
