I am really confused and need some help. For the last couple of weeks, I’ve been dealng with these digestion issues that just won’t go away! It started after I tried a new diet, and now I feel all bloated and uncomfortable all the time. A friend mentioned Lalas Amla Powder, saying it could help. But I’ve never used any kind of amla before… like, should I just mix it with water or something?
