I am really confused about my skin lately. I have always had a medium complexion but now it seems like it’s so uneven, and to be honest, I'm just not feelin' it. I've tried a few products that claim to lighten or even out skin tone, but nothing works right! Like, I used this cream for a few weeks but no visible change, just a lot of disappointment. 😩 I've heard about Ayurvedic approaches and am really curious if there are natural ways or remedies on how to change skin colour without harsh chemicals. I read somewhere that turmeric and gram flour could help but I don’t really know how to use them for this. Is there any specific routine folks here have found helpful? Also, is it even safe to try to change my skin colour, or could it backfire? Last week, I had this big event and I felt super self-conscious about my skin tone, so I just slapped on some heavy makeup which felt like a temporary fix.
