I am really curious about something and hope you all can help. For the past few months, I’ve been trying to eat healthier, and I keep hearing that beetroot is super good for you! Lately, I’ve been adding it to my salads and smoothies, but I’m not exactly sure what makes it so special. Some friend told me beetroot has which vitamin, and I’ve been trying to find that out. I even got curious and did a bit of research, but I feel like I’m going in circles.
