नमस्ते मैम / सर, अगर 75 साल के व्यक्ति को साइटिका का दर्द है तो घर पर पोटली में क्या इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं और कैसे इलाज दे सकते हैं? उन्हें बहुत तेज दर्द, जलन और बेचैनी हो रही है, तो मैं उनका इलाज कैसे कर सकता हूँ?

You can do daily oil application on low back and both legs , after 20 mins you can take hot water bath. 1. Kottamchukadi Taila for application. Do mild exercises. Avoid fermented food, spicy, sour and dry type of food. Include Ghee, butter milk in diet.

For sciatica 1. Peedanil kwath 10gm empty stomach boil remain half drink 2.parijaat kwath. Same as above 3. Peedanil gold capsule 2-2 empty stomach half hour before food 4.orthoghrit 2-2 after meal twice a day 5. Patanjali nutrella spirulina 2-2 after meal twice a day 6. Peedanil spray or oil for massage Kati basti is advised for this Abhyanga ,parishek and massage , with Yoga and Pranayam must be advised with sukshma vyayam

In Ayurveda, sciatica is described as Gridhrasi, which is a Vata-dominant disorder affecting the lower back and sciatic nerve. “स्फिक् कटि ऊरु जानु जंघा पादे क्रमात् वेदना सक्थ्नः स्तम्भः स्पन्दनं च ग्रिध्रसीति निगद्यते” Pain that radiates from the buttock → waist → thigh → knee → calf → foot, along with stiffness and twitching, is called Gridhrasi (Sciatica). 1. (Potli Treatment) Nirgundi Patra Potli Sweda Take Nirgundi leaves + castor leaves + garlic + rock salt Heat them in sesame oil Tie in a cloth to make potli Apply warm fomentation on lower back and leg This helps reduce Vata and nerve pain 2. Oil Massage (Abhyanga) Use warm oil Kottamchukkadi Taila Massage the lower back, hip, and leg daily. 3. Medicines Yograj Guggulu 2-0-2 after food Rasnadi gugulu 2-0-2 after food Dashmool Kwath 2 times day Taila with warm milk (for Vata relief) 4. Lifestyle Advice Avoid cold exposure and prolonged sitting Sleep on a firm mattress Gentle stretching exercises if pain Do panchkarma therapy near panch karma centre like matra basti and spinal dhara
