If you have a sensitive stomach, you might want to start with smaller amounts. You could have a half glass or so daily, and see how your body responds, preferably in the morning when your agni, or digestive fire, is stronger.
Adding ginger is fine, as it aids digestion and balances vata dosha, but watch out for any increased digestive heat it might cause. Make sure the juice is fresh, as this maintains its prana, or life energy, which is key in Siddha-Ayurvedic understanding for health benefits.
If you’re noticing pink urine, that’s normal and known as beeturia; it’s not harmful, just an indicator of beetroot consumption. However, listen to your body and adjust if there are signs of discomfort. Also, try taking a break periodically to minimize any risk of accumulating oxalates.
