I am feeling kinda overwhelmed with all the health info out there, and I just need an answer about beetroot juice. I started drinking beetroot juice a couple of weeks ago after reading that it could be great for my energy levels and blood pressure. I've noticed some improvement, like I don't get as tired in the afternoons anymore, but still, I wonder, can we drink beetroot juice everyday?? Sometimes I read that it's beneficial, but then I see warnings about oxalates in it, and I'm like, is it really safe? I remember after having a glass one morning, my whole pee was pink, and then I freaked out a bit until I googled and realized that's a common thing, ha! But seriously, should I worry about drinking it daily? Especially since I also have a sensitive stomach sometimes. Last week, I even tried adding ginger for taste, and it was sooo good! But now I'm concerned like, am I overdoing it? Can we drink beetroot juice everyday without any side effects? Any thoughts would be super appreciated—thanks!
