I am feeling kinda overwhelmed lately with all these changes in my life. Work's been a beast and I've been waking up at 3 am, mind racing like crazy, ya know? I heard about ashwagandha powder from a friend who swears by it for stress. Like, she said it helps with anxiety and fatigue too, but I’m just curious, what is the use of ashwagandha powder really? I did some digging and saw so many people taking it, but does it REALLY work? I mean, I tried a sleep meditation app, but it didn’t click with me. It's like my mind just won’t slow down! Also, I've read that ashwagandha's supposed to help balance hormones— can it actually help with my lack of energy too? Sometimes I just feel like I need something natural, but I’m scared of side effects or mixing it with stuff I'm taking. I’ve got a handful of vitamins, but can I add ashwagandha powder to that mix? I'm really hoping there’s a way to feel less like a zombie and more like, well, a person! Would love any thoughts on what is the use of ashwagandha powder! Thanks!!!
