I am really confused about whether I can add honey in milk. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling a bit off—like my energy levels just dropped suddenly. I read that honey can be great for boosting immunity, and I thought I’d try to mix it up with some warm milk before bed. A friend of mine said it’s a good combo for digestion, but then I also found some stuff online warning that adding honey in milk might not be the best idea, especially for certain doshas?? I don't have any specific allergies or major health issues to deal with, but I've had some tummy troubles, like bloating and gas, and I'm just worried I might end up making things worse if I do this wrong. So, can we add honey in milk or is it a no-go? Like should I maybe wait until my digestion feels more normal before trying this? Or are there any right ways to do it?
