मुझे लगभग 9 साल से लाइकेन प्लेनस है, मेरे मसूड़े सिकुड़ रहे हैं और दांत गिर रहे हैं। मैं मेनोपॉज और ब्लड प्रेशर से भी जूझ रही हूँ। मैं बिल्कुल भी मसालेदार खाना नहीं खा सकती, अगर खाती हूँ तो नीचे तक असर होता है, पेट फूला रहता है और कब्ज हो जाती है। मुझे सिंचाई का उपयोग करना पड़ता है।

Given this context and coupling it with your menopause symptoms and digestive discomfort, there are several steps you can take rooted in Ayurvedic principles.

Firstly, addressing the Pitta imbalance is crucial. Incorporate a Pitta-pacifying diet which emphasizes fresh fruits, vegetables, particularly those that are sweet, bitter, or astringent. Avoid spicy, sour, and salty foods as these tend to aggravate Pitta. Cooked, cooling foods like cucumber, leafy greens, and coconut water can be beneficial.

For digestion, use gentle spices like fennel, coriander, and cumin when cooking. These can help stimulate your digestive fire (agni) without causing further irritation. In terms of routine, drink warm water throughout the day to aid digestion and prevent constipation. You might also find Triphala, an Ayurvedic herb, beneficial. Take 1 teaspoon in warm water before bed to support bowel regularity.

Menopause can increase Vata dosha, so incorporate grounding, warm, and nourishing practices. Oil massages (Abhyanga) with sesame oil can be soothing. For oral care, try oil pulling with coconut oil to soothe your gums. Swishing it for about 10 minutes in the morning could offer relief.

Since your condition is complex, please consult with both your Ayurvedic practitioner and a conventional dentist regarding your gum and teeth health. Regular medical supervision is essential, and Ayurveda may be supportive adjunct without replacing necessary medical treatments.
