मुझे सुनने में समस्या है। टेस्ट में थायरॉइड थोड़ा सा ज्यादा है और प्लेटलेट्स कम हैं, सिर्फ 100000। कौन सी दवा से मेरी सुनने की समस्या ठीक हो सकती है? मुझे 3 साल से सुनने में समस्या है और कभी-कभी ठीक भी हो जाती है।

3. Thyroid and Platelet Management: Guggulu preparations, such as Kanchnar Guggulu, can assist in thyroid maintenance. However, ensure to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any herbal formulation due to their interaction with your existing conditions.

4. Nasya Therapy: Application of oils like Anu Taila in the nostrils can be beneficial. Nasya should be performed early morning. Put 3-5 drops of Anu Taila in each nostril while lying down.

5. Lifestyle Modificatioons: Practice gentle yoga and pranayama. Breathing exercises like Bhramari can soothe the mind and reduce Vata disturbances. Also, maintain a regular sleep schedule to support your immune system and overall balance.

Considering low platelets and thyroid condition, regular monitoring through conventional medical tests is important to track any significant changes that may require immediate attention. If symptoms worsen or do not improve, it’s crucial to seek a medical professional’s assistance promptly.
