Seeking Guidance for Penile Numbness and Erectile Issues - #47005

Client_06bab2

Hello Sir, I am writing to seek your guidance regarding a sexual health issue that has been causing me significant distress. I developed penile numbness after a period of excessive masturbation. Initially, I experienced tingling and cold sensations, but over time this progressed to marked numbness. Currently, I have very reduced ability to feel temperature (cold or heat), and my penis often feels like a foreign or disconnected body part. Despite the numbness, I continued daily stimulation for approximately four months, mainly due to anxiety and compulsive checking. During this period, I believe the condition worsened. I am now experiencing weak erections, reduced erection quality, and weak ejaculation. In addition, I have recently noticed: Sharp, cut-like pain at the corona (rim of the glans) only when touched Absence of morning erections, although erections with stimulation are still possible Increased anxiety related to sexual performance and genital sensations I understand that this situation may have been caused or aggravated by anxiety, over-stimulation, and lack of adequate rest. I sincerely regret continuing the behavior despite symptoms. From today onward, I have completely stopped masturbation and any intentional stimulation, and I am committed to allowing my body to recover. I would like to know: Whether this condition is reversible If normal penile sensation and strong erections can return What investigations or treatment approach you would recommend I genuinely want to recover and follow proper medical guidance. Your reassurance and direction would mean a lot to me. Thank you for your time and understanding.

HELLO YOUR CONDITION IS NOT PERMANENT AND YOUR BODY HAS A STRONG ABILITY TO RECOVER WHEN GIVEN THE RIGHT REST SUPPORT AND DIRECTION

WHAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING IS A FUNCTIONAL NERVOUS AND CIRCULATORY SHUTDOWN CAUSED BY OVERSTIMULATION CONTINUOUS LOCAL IRRITATION AND A VERY STRONG ANXIETY LOOP THIS IS NOT STRUCTURAL DESTRUCTION THIS IS NOT NERVE DEATH THIS IS A PROTECTIVE RESPONSE OF THE BODY

WHEN A PART IS OVERUSED UNDER STRESS THE BODY REDUCES SENSATION AND BLOOD FLOW TO PREVENT FURTHER HARM THAT IS WHY IT STARTED WITH TINGLING AND COLDNESS AND THEN MOVED INTO NUMBNESS THE MIND THEN GOT STUCK IN FEAR AND YOU CONTINUED STIMULATION WHICH KEPT THE AREA IN A CONSTANT STATE OF IRRITATION

THE FACT THAT YOU STILL HAVE ERECTIONS EVEN IF WEAK AND STILL HAVE EJACULATION EVEN IF WEAK IS A VERY POSITIVE SIGN IT MEANS THE PATHWAYS ARE SUPPRESSED NOT DESTROYED

NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT THING STOPPING ALL STIMULATION IS NON NEGOTIABLE,NO CHECKING NO TESTING,NO TOUCHING WITH INTENTION,NO VISUAL TRIGGERS NO ONLINE CONTENT,THIS REST PERIOD IS WHAT ALLOWS NERVES TO WAKE UP AGAIN

ANXIETY IS THE BIGGEST ENEMY HERE THE MORE YOU WORRY THE MORE THE BODY STAYS IN FIGHT OR FLIGHT MODE IN THAT MODE HEALING DOES NOT HAPPEN

YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT RECOVERY IS GRADUAL FIRST WARMTH RETURNS THEN LIGHT TINGLING THEN PATCHY SENSATION THEN CONFIDENCE THEN STRENGTH

DAILY LIFESTYLE IS AS IMPORTANT AS MEDICINE

SLEEP BEFORE ELEVEN WAKE UP EARLY WALK TWENTY TO THIRTY MINUTES DAILY AVOID LATE NIGHTS AVOID EXCESS MOBILE USE AT NIGHT

DIET SHOULD BE SIMPLE WARM AND NOURISHING WARM COOKED FOOD ADD A LITTLE GHEE DAILY IF DIGESTION ALLOWS AVOID VERY DRY VERY SPICY VERY PROCESSED FOOD DRINK WARM WATER THROUGH THE DAY

YOU CAN START ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA HALF TEASPOON AT NIGHT WITH WARM MILK THIS CALMS THE NERVOUS SYSTEM REDUCES ANXIETY AND SUPPORTS NERVE HEALING

KAUNCH BEEJ POWDER HALF TEASPOON IN THE MORNING WITH WARM MILK OR WARM WATER THIS SUPPORTS SEMINAL STRENGTH AND NATURAL ERECTION RESPONSE

SHILAJIT CAPSULE ONE CAPSULE ONCE DAILY AFTER BREAKFAST THIS IMPROVES BLOOD FLOW TISSUE REPAIR AND ENERGY

AT NIGHT BEFORE SLEEP GENTLY MASSAGE THE LOWER ABDOMEN GROIN AND PENILE SHAFT WITH KSHIRABALA OIL FOR FIVE MINUTES THIS IS NOURISHMENT NOT EXCITATION

MENTAL HEALING IS ESSENTIAL YOUR BODY IS LISTENING TO YOUR MIND START DAILY DEEP BREATHING SLOW INHALE LONG EXHALE TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES DAILY

STOP SEARCHING ONLINE STOP COMPARING STOP MEASURING DAILY PROGRESS

HEALING DOES NOT MOVE IN A STRAIGHT LINE SOME DAYS FEEL BETTER SOME DAYS FEEL FLAT THIS IS NORMAL

INITIAL IMPROVEMENT IS SEEN IN FOUR TO SIX WEEKS BETTER SENSATION AND STRONGER RESPONSE IN THREE TO FOUR MONTHS FULL CONFIDENCE RETURNS GRADUALLY

YOU DID NOT RUIN YOUR BODY YOU OVERLOADED IT DURING A STRESS PHASE THE BODY ALWAYS TRIES TO COME BACK TO BALANCE

BE KIND TO YOURSELF BE CONSISTENT STAY DISCIPLINED WITH REST AND TRUST THE PROCESS

Hello I totally get why you’d be feeling scared, regretful, and anxious. But seriously, take a deep breath – there’s definitely hope you’ll get better. What you’re going through isn’t permanent damage; it’s something that can get fixed.

You’ve already done the most important thing: realizing what’s going on and deciding to stop the bad habit. That alone kick-starts the healing process.

YOUR SITUATION – AYURVEDIC VIEW

Your concern

–Penis numbness (can’t feel hot/cold) –Started with cold/tingling, now it’s numb –Weak erections –Weak ejaculation –Anxiety and overthinking

In Ayurveda, this happens because of:

* Too much… well, you know, or too much masturbation. * Vata prakopa, especially affecting certain bodily energies. * Shukra dhatu kshaya, which means your reproductive tissue is feeling weak. * Mental stuff like anxiety, guilt, fear, and focusing too much on it.

This all leads to: * Nerves not sending signals as well * Less blood flow * Losing feeling * Erection problems

The good news: There’s no sign of permanent nerve damage here. It’s just a functional numbness, caused by an imbalance in your body’s energies and overuse from anxiety.

WHAT WE NEED TO DO * Get your nerve sensation back * Boost blood flow to your penis * Make your reproductive tissue strong again * Calm your anxiety and break that fear cycle * Get your confidence and erection quality back

THE FIRST AND MOST CRUCIAL RULE

NO MORE CATCHING UP (Seriously important)

* No masturbation * No porn * Don’t check or touch it too much * Don’t panic-test your erections

You need at least 6–8 weeks of complete rest for your nerves to heal.

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Ashwagandha Powder:1 tsp With warm milk At night (Good for nerve healing and anxiety, also helps with erections.)

2. Kaunch Beej Churna half a teaspoon With warm milk At night (Best for numbness and weak ejaculation. Slowly helps with sensation.)

3. Brahmi Capsule 1 capsule every morning after eating (Stops the anxiety loop and helps your mind and body connect better.)

4. Chandraprabha Vati 1 tablet morning and evening after eating (Helps with pelvic nerves and urinary/genital function.)

At least 6–8 weeks.

EXTERNAL CARE

Daily Oil Massage

* Oil: Ksheerabala Taila or Bala Taila * At night before bed for 10–15 minutes

Gently massage * The shaft of your penis (not the tip) * Lower stomach * Groin area * Helps bring back nerve sensation, improves blood flow, and calms that fear of hypersensitivity.

YOGA PRACTICE (A MUST)

1.Ashwini Mudra 15 times * Morning and evening

2. Deep Belly Breathing * 10 minutes daily * Both help with pelvic nerve control and calm you down.

DIET PLAN

✅INCLUDE

* Milk, ghee * Soaked almonds (2–3) * Dates, figs * Rice, dal, vegetables * Warm, fresh food

❌ AVOID

* Too much tea/coffee * Alcohol, smoking * Junk food * Spicy, dry food * Staying up late

A REALLY IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER

Fear makes erections harder. Constantly checking makes numbness worse. Feeling comes back slowly, not all at once.

The first signs of improvement are: * Warmth * A slight tingling * Night/morning erections * Feeling more relaxed

⚠️ DO NOT check for sensation every day. Healing happens when you stop focusing on it.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST (THE MOST IMPORTANT PART)

–You haven’t messed up your life. –You haven’t done permanent damage. –This can 100% be reversed. –Anxiety caused the problem – calmness will fix it.

Be disciplined, be patient, and keep hoping.

Warm regards and healing wishes Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

HELLO,

Your problem is Not permanent damage. It is a functional disturbance caused by overuse, anxiety and nervous exhaustion

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED? The penis is rich in nerves and blood vessels Repeated stimulation without rest causes 1) Nerve fatigue-> sensation reduces 2) Blood flow imbalance-> weak erection 3) Mind-penis disconnect-> anxiety worsens symptoms

In Ayurveda

1) VATA PRAKOPA (aggravated vata dosha) Vata controls -nerves -sensation -erection -ejaculation Excessive masturbation + anxiety -> vata dries and weakens nerves

This leads to -numbness -cold feeling -disconnected sensation -weak erections -absent morning erections

2) REPRODUCTIVE TISSUE DEPLETION(Shukra dhatu kshaya) Suports -sexual strength -libido -firm erections -mental confidence

Frequent ejaculation without recovery causes -weak ejaculation -reduced hardness -loss of confidence

3) MANOVAHA SROTAS DUSHTI (mind-body loop) Fear, guilt, constant checking causes -over focusing on sensation -nervous inhibition -further erection difficulty This is reversible, but requires patience and discpline

TREATMENT GOALS -calm aggravated vata -heal and nourish nerves -rebild shukra dhatu -resotre natural blood flow -break anxiety-symptoms cycle -allow natural erections to return

TREATMENT LAN

1) LIFESTYLE CORRECTION (foundation of recovery) Without this, medicines won’t work properly

MUST DO -complete abstinence from masturabation and porn for minimum 6-8 weeks -avoid constant checking for penis sensation -wear loose cotton underwear -keep genitals warm (avoid cold exposure) -sleep 7-8 hours

AVOID -late nights -excess screen time -excess caffeine -smoking/alcohol -stressful overthinking

2) EXTERNAL TREATMENT (very important for nerves)

OIL MASSAGE- DAILY -BALAASHWAGANDHADI TAILA -slight warm oil -gentle massage on- lower abdomen, inner thighs, groin, penis and scrotum (very gently, no friction)

WHY IT WORKS -nourishes nerve endings -improve circulation -pacifies vata -restores sensation gradually

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

#EMOTIONAL AND MENTAL BALANCE WHAT YOU MAY BE FACING- -FEAR OF DISAPPOINTING PARTNER -GUILT OVER PAST FAILED EXPERIENCES -OVERDEPENDENCE ON PORN/ARTIFICIAL TRIGGERS -TIREDNESS FROM LACK OF SLEEP/DIET

WHAT TO DO -ACCEPT IT- SEXUAL WEAKNESS IS REVERSIBLE , DONT PANIC -TALK- EMOTIONAL INTIMACY>PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE -ENJOY SLOW FOREPLAY-DON’T RUSH -PRACTICE BRAHMACHARYA-BASED DETOX- 10-15 DAYS ABSTINENCE(NO SEXUAL ACT, NO MASTURBATION,NO AROUSAL), THEN SLOW RETURN -SLEEP MINIMUM 7 HORS DAILY AT NIGHT -AVOID PORN, OVER MASTURBATION STRICTLY

FINAL ADVICE -START THIS PROTOCOL FOR 8-12 WEEKS AND SEE VISIBLE IMPROVEMENT IN 1 WEEK -AVOID PERFORMANCE STRESS -STAY NATURAL,GROUNDED, AND COMMITTED TO HEALING.

HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL

THANK YOU

I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

I am a BAMS graduate and currently running my own clinic, where I see patients on a regular basis and try to give them honest, practical care. My daily work involves understanding different health concerns, listening properly to what the patient is going through, and then planning treatment in a way that actually fits their routine. I believe treatment should not feel confusing or rushed, and sometimes even small changes make a big difference. Running my own clinic has taught me a lot about responsibility and consistency. Some days are busy, some are slow, but every patient brings a different challenge and learning. I focus mainly on Ayurvedic treatment methods, lifestyle correction and long-term health balance, rather than quick fixes. There are times when progress takes longer, but I stay patient and keep working with the person step by step. I try to keep my approach simple, practical and honest. For me, real success is when a patient feels better in daily life, sleeps better, eats better and slowly regains balance. That is what keeps me going and improving every day.

I am someone who’s honestly just really drawn to how deep Ayurveda goes—like really deep—not just treating what’s showing on the surface but getting into what’s actually causing it underneath. I really believe that even those complicated lifestyle diseases, stuff like diabetes or BP or obesity that people think they’ll just have to live with forever, can totally be managed with Ayurvedic principles. Not magically or overnight, but through proper diagnosis, diet tweaks, daily habits, and herbs that actually work if you use them right. That’s the part I focus on—making Ayurveda work practically, not just in theory. After finishing my BAMS, I’ve worked with chronic conditions for over a year now in clinical setups. Mostly patients dealing with long-term stuff that doesn’t go away with one pill—usually the kind of disorders rooted in stress, wrong food choices or too much sitting. I’ve seen that if you really listen first, like actually listen—hear their story, feel where they’re coming from—half the work’s already done. Then when you assess their Prakriti, figure out where the doshas are out of balance, and connect that with their history (plus any modern test reports they might bring), it gives you this full picture that’s so valuable. My treatment plans aren't one-size-fits-all. Sometimes it’s about bringing agni back into balance. Sometimes just clearing aam helps. Most people are shocked that things like bloating or even periods issues can shift just by aligning food and herbs with their constitution. And if the case is acute or there’s a red flag, I have no problem referring for emergency allopathic care. Integrative care makes sense—Ayurveda doesn’t have to be isolated from modern medicine. My aim? It's not just to fix a symptom. I want people to feel at ease in their own body again. To build habits they don’t need to break later. To know their own rhythm, not just follow some generic health trend. That’s what Ayurvedic healing means to me... not perfect, but real.

Dr. Maitri Bhavesh Kumar Acharya
I am Dr. Maitri, currently in my 2nd year of MD in Dravyaguna, and yeah, I run my own Ayurvedic clinic in Ranoli where I’ve been seeing patients for 2 years now. Honestly, what pulled me into this path deeper is how powerful herbs really are—when used right. Not just randomly mixing churnas but actually understanding their rasa, virya, vipaka etc. That’s kinda my zone, where textbook knowledge meets day-to-day case handling. My practice revolves around helping people with PCOD, acne, dandruff, back pain, stiffness in knees or joints that never seem to go away. And I don’t jump to giving a long list of medicines straight away—first I spend time figuring out their prakriti, their habits, food cycle, what triggers what… basically all the small stuff that gets missed. Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox. Being into Dravyaguna helps me get into the depth of herbs more confidently. I don’t just look at the symptom—I think okay what guna will counter this? Should the drug be snigdha, ushna, tikta? Is there a reverse vipaka that’ll hurt the agni? I ask these questions before writing any combo. That’s made a huge diff in outcomes. Like I had this case of chronic urticaria that would flare up every week, and just tweaking the herbs based on sheetala vs ushna nature... helped calm the system in 3 weeks flat. Not magic, just logic. I also work with women who are struggling with hormonal swings, mood, delayed periods or even unexplained breakouts. When hormones go haywire, the skin shows, digestion slows, and mind gets foggy too. I keep my approach full-circle—cleansing, balancing, rejuvenating. No quick fixes, I tell them early on. What I’m hoping to do more of now is make Ayurveda feel practical. Not overwhelming. Just simple tools—ahara, vihara, aushadha—used consistently, with some trust in the body’s own healing. I’m still learning, still refining, but honestly, seeing people feel in control of their health again—that’s what keeps me rooted to this.

I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician from Jalandhar, Punjab, and I work with a deep interest in blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern telemedicine care. My practice is largely consultation based, reaching patients across the country through online platforms, which still feels new sometimes but works well. Till now I have served more than 500 patients through teleconsultations, mostly chronic cases where consistency really matters more than quick fixes. I focus on understanding each patient through dosha assessment, mainly balancing Vata, Pitta, Kapha using individualized treatment plans and nutrition guidance. Around 85% symptom relief has been seen in chronic conditions, though outcomes vary and need patience. I rely on personalised diet, daily routine correction, and classical Ayurvedic medicines. Some days are challenging, but seeing people feel lighter, sleep better, or regain control over health keeps me going. My aim stays simple,, long term wellness through practical Ayurveda, not rushed solutions.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Manjula
I am an Ayurveda practitioner who’s honestly kind of obsessed with understanding what really caused someone’s illness—not just what hurts, but why it started in the first place. I work through Prakruti-Vikruti pareeksha, tongue analysis, lifestyle patterns, digestion history—little things most ppl skip over, but Ayurveda doesn’t. I look at the whole system and how it’s interacting with the world around it. Not just, like, “you have acidity, take this churna.” My main focus is on balancing doshas—Vata, Pitta, Kapha—not in a copy-paste way, but in a very personalized, live-and-evolving format. Because sometimes someone looks like a Pitta imbalance but actually it's their aggravated Vata stirring it up... it’s layered. I use herbal medicine, ahar-vihar (diet + daily routine), lifestyle modifications and also just plain conversations with the patient to bring the mind and body back to a rhythm. When that happens—healing starts showing up, gradually but strongly. I work with chronic conditions, gut imbalances, seasonal allergies, emotional stress patterns, even people who just “don’t feel right” anymore but don’t have a name for it. Prevention is also a huge part of what I do—Ayurveda isn’t just for after you fall sick. Helping someone stay aligned, even when nothing feels urgent, is maybe the most powerful part of this science. My entire practice is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts—Charaka, Sushruta, Ashtanga Hridayam—and I try to stay true to the system, but I also speak to people where they’re at. That means making the treatments doable in real life. No fancy lists of herbs no one can find. No shloka lectures unless someone wants them. Just real healing using real logic and intuition together. I care about precision in diagnosis. I don’t rush that part. I take time. Because one wrong assumption and you’re treating the shadow, not the source. And that’s what I try to avoid. My goal isn’t temporary relief—it’s to teach the body how to not need constant fixing. When someone walks away lighter, clearer, more in tune with their system—that’s the actual win.

Dr. Prasad Pentakota
I am Dr. P. Prasad, and I’ve been in this field for 20+ years now, working kinda across the board—General Medicine, Neurology, Dermatology, Cardiology—you name it. Didn’t start out thinking I’d end up spanning that wide, but over time, each area sort of pulled me in deeper. And honestly, I like that mix. It lets me look at a patient not just through one lens but a whole system-wide view... makes more sense when treating something that won’t fit neatly in one category. I’ve handled everything from day-to-day stuff like hypertension, diabetes, or skin infections to more serious neuro and cardiac problems. Some cases are quick—diagnose, treat, done. Others take time, repeated check-ins, figuring out what’s really going on beneath those usual symptoms. And that’s where the detail matters. I’m pretty big on thorough diagnosis and patient education—because half the problem is ppl just not knowing what’s happening inside their own body. What’s changed for me over years isn’t just knowledge, it’s how much I lean on listening. If you miss what someone didn’t say, you might also miss their actual illness. And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.

Dr. Snehal Tasgaonkar
I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.
