-Diagnosis : Prasrta Granthi / Mutrashmari, Vata-Kapha predominant 1. Internal Medicines - 1)Take Chandraprabha Vati, 2 tablets after meals, twice daily for 2–3 months. 2)Take Punarnava Mandura, 1 tablet after meals, twice daily for 2 months. 3)Drink Gokshura decoction, 50 ml, morning and evening for 1 month. 4)Take Ashwagandha Churna, 3 g with warm milk at night for 1 month. 2. External Therapies -Oil massage (Abhyanga): Apply Luke warm oil(mahanarayan taila)on lower back and abdomen daily for 10–15 minutes. -Medicated enema (Basti): Once weekly for 4–6 weeks under supervision of panchakarma specialized doctor -Warm oil application (Pichu): Apply warm oil on the lower abdomen nightly. 3. Dietary Recommendations Recommended foods: Milk, ghee, soft-cooked rice, green vegetables, pumpkin, bottle gourd Fruits: papaya, pomegranate, berries Whole grains, legumes (soaked & well-cooked) -Foods to avoid: Excess spicy, sour, or salty foods Coffee, alcohol, carbonated drinks Deep-fried and oily foods 4. Lifestyle Advice Drink 1.5–2 liters of warm water daily, but reduce intake 2 hours before bedtime. Do not hold urine; go as soon as you feel the urge. Practice moderate exercise, yoga, and pelvic floor exercises. Manage stress through breathing exercises like Anulom-Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama. -Follow-up: After 4–6 weeks to monitor urinary flow, pain, and overall improvement.
