बचपन से मैं हस्तमैथुन करता आ रहा हूँ। मेरे बाल झड़ गए हैं और कई जगह गंजापन हो गया है। मेरी हाइट 5'10 है लेकिन वजन सिर्फ 52 किलो है। जिंदगी में बहुत तनाव है और रात में गहरी नींद नहीं आती। कभी-कभी दिल की धड़कन धीमी लगती है तो कभी तेज। हमेशा डर बना रहता है और कभी-कभी किसी बहस या लड़ाई के दौरान पैर कांपने लगते हैं। कृपया मेरी मदद करें और मुझे सही मार्गदर्शन और एक डाइट चार्ट दें ताकि मैं अपनी ऊर्जा वापस पा सकूं।
