मेरी पाचन शक्ति पिछले 8 साल से कमजोर है, जिसकी वजह से मैंने इन 8 सालों में 25 किलो वजन कम कर लिया है। मैं पर्याप्त खाता हूँ लेकिन कुछ असर नहीं दिखता। मैंने कई दवाइयाँ जैसे (शंखवटी, हिंगवष्टक आदि) आजमाई हैं। इन दवाइयों से कुछ सुधार होता है लेकिन सिर्फ 5-10%। मेरी मल की गुणवत्ता पिछले 8 साल से सामान्य नहीं है, यह पतला और छोटा होता है। अपान वायु भी गड़बड़ है। मेरी त्वचा और बाल बहुत सूखे हो गए हैं, जो पहले नमी से भरे रहते थे। मुझे हमेशा डकारें आती हैं, लेकिन ये अम्लीय नहीं होतीं। मेरी नींद बहुत खंडित हो गई है, मैं मुश्किल से 6 घंटे से ज्यादा सो पाता हूँ। कुछ दवाइयों से इसमें काफी सुधार होता है। आसव और अरिष्ट मदद करते हैं लेकिन इन्हें लेने से गर्मी महसूस होती है और नींद भी खराब होती है। मेरी भूख बदलती रहती है। लेकिन मैंने खाने में कभी रुचि नहीं खोई। मुझे कभी दस्त नहीं होते, लेकिन अपान वायु के प्रतिबंधित होने के कारण कब्ज रहती है, क्लासिक कब्ज नहीं। मुझे समाधान चाहिए।

1) Hingvashtaka Churna (mild dose, modified use) ¼ tsp with ghee before lunch 👉 You already tried it; ghee reduces dryness and excess heat, improves absorption. 2) Dadimashtaka Churna ½ tsp after meals with warm water 👉 Better for chronic weak digestion, gas, thin stools, burping; less heating than Shankh Vati. 3) Bilva Avaleha (or Kutaja Ghanavati – low dose) Small dose daily 👉 Helps improve stool form and intestinal tone (not for loose motions only; also for chronic thin stools due to weak gut). 4) Drakshadi Kashaya 15–20 ml + equal warm water, before meals 👉 Supports digestion + nourishment without heating (good alternative since Asava/Arishta cause heat for you). 5) Ashwagandha + Bala (either powder or Kashaya) Night dose 👉 For weight loss, dryness, Vata weakness, poor sleep, muscle/nervous system nourishment. 6) Castor oil (Eranda Taila) – very small dose ½–1 tsp in warm milk 2–3 nights per week 👉 For Apāna vayu regulation (not a harsh laxative; helps downward movement and stool quality).

HELLO, Based on your symptoms, this is clearly a chronic Vata-predominant digestive disorder with Apana vayu dysfunction , associated with long standing agnimandya (low digestive fire) and likely dhatu kshaya (tissue depletion) Your key signs -25kg weight loss over years -thin, small stool (apana obstruction, poor bulk formation) -excess burping (vata in urdhwa direction) -dry skin and hair (rasa + rakta dhatu depletion) -fragmented sleep (vata aggravation in majja dhatu) -variable appetite -heat intolerance to asava/arishta (pitta sensitivity under vata) This is not simple indigestion. Including Colonoscopy - upper and lower. Also blood tests are normal too. I need to retrieve the reports, but you can trust me on the reports being normal.

If your all reports are normal…then most probably I will consider it relatable to IBS as it is causing malabsorption and weight loss But not to worry Plz take Grahani kapat rasa 1 BD( with buttermilk only) Ajmodadi+ hinghvastak churna -1tsp-BD Kutajghan vati 1 BD when having diarrhoea For constipation take Tab zandu nityam 1 tab at night before sleep If you still having same issues…then I will recommend for personal consultation Thankyou

I just gone through your history How old are you ? Your symptoms pointing towards vata dominance I would suggest prior starting any medication once undergo panchakarma as it’s long standing definitely you will get good results

I’m 32. I have done Panchkarma as well. Very kind doctor gave me from Panchkarma Center, suggested me the use of Hingwashtak with ghee only. With Shatavari in the morning and Ashwagandha at night. But they all feel heavy in my stomach.

As you hv mentioned you have lost 25 kilos in this 8 years gap What is your BMI Any other past illness On any medications?? Now the weight is maintaining or Wat ?? Other than the above mentioned complaints any other complaints like fever / cough?? How is your physical activity? Recently done any blood tests like sugar test thyroid test ultra sound scan chest x ray ??
