I have been diagnosed with lupus. How do you treat lupus? I take Triphala at night. It is drying. out out my mouth and sinuses and skin my mouth i’m getting sores in my nose and my skin is be dry. My hair is falling out. I have a bulging disc L4 and L5 and a pain that goes across my lower back. InIn January, I was in the hospital with.Covid bronchitis and a sinus infection. How do I treat what is going on with me? Thank you for your help.
