🔎 Is It Sama Pitta or Nirama Pitta? 🌿 Sama Pitta (Pitta + Ama) Signs: Sticky stool Foul smell Heaviness Coated tongue Loss of appetite Gas + incomplete digestion 🔥 Nirama Pitta Signs: Strong hunger Burning tendency Loose stool Acne / redness Irritability Clear tongue 🧠 Based on Your Symptoms You MOSTLY show Nirama Pitta with Vata involvement, not pure Sama Pitta. Why? ✔ Very high hunger → Not ama dominant ✔ Loose but non-sticky stool → Not heavy ama ✔ Acne reddish → Pitta prakopa ✔ Pungent medicine worsens acne → Pitta aggravation ✔ Bitter improves acne → Pitta pacification But… When you take bitter/astringent: Stool becomes sticky Appetite drops That means: 👉 Your agni becomes suppressed 👉 Vata + mild ama tendency appears So this is a mixed pattern: 🔥 Tikshna Pitta Agni + 💨 Vata in gut + ⚖ Occasional Ama formation when agni is disturbed Not classical Sama Pitta. Not purely Nirama either. It is more like: 👉 Pitta-Vata imbalance with unstable agni 🎯 What Is Happening Internally? Your digestion is sharp (tikshna) It burns fast → severe hunger If you overeat or wrong food → bloating Pitta manifests in skin (acne) When you suppress pitta strongly (bitter excess), agni weakens → sticky stool So treatment must be balancing, not extreme. 🌿 What To Do Now? 1️⃣ Do NOT use very pungent herbs Avoid: Excess ginger Black pepper Strong trikatu They worsen Pitta. 2️⃣ Do NOT use excessive bitter/astringent continuously They suppress agni too much. 3️⃣ Follow Madhyam Path (Balanced Approach) Diet: ✔ Warm but not spicy ✔ Small frequent meals ✔ Moong dal ✔ Lauki ✔ Rice ✔ Ghee small amount ✔ Pomegranate ✔ Fennel after meals Avoid: ❌ Very spicy ❌ Fermented ❌ Sour excess ❌ Fried ❌ Long fasting 4️⃣ Herbal Direction (General Guidance Only) Avipattikar churna (mild pitta regulation) Guduchi (balanced pitta shamak without suppressing agni) Small dose of Musta (for bloating without heating) Yashtimadhu (if burning) Avoid strong virechana unless supervised. 5️⃣ Regulate Hunger Severe hunger means: Agni is unstable. Eat every 3–4 hours small portions. Do not skip meals. 🧘 Lifestyle Sleep before 11 pm Avoid overthinking Cooling pranayama (Sheetali) Avoid excessive sun exposure 🧾 Final Ayurvedic Conclusion This is NOT classical Sama Pitta. This is: 👉 Pitta-Vata imbalance 👉 Tikshnagni with instability 👉 Secondary mild ama when digestion disturbed Treatment = Stabilize Agni + Calm Pitta + Control Vata.

Most of your symptoms shows --This is Nirama Pitta with Vata involvement, not Sama Pitta. -Strong hunger and loose non-sticky stools indicate aggravated Pitta with sharp digestion. -Bloating shows Vata in the intestines. Pungent herbs reduce gas but worsen Pitta. Bitter/astringent reduce Pitta but temporarily slow digestion. —Rx- 1) Guduchi Satva – 500 mg Twice daily after food with Luke warm water 2)Avipattikar Churna – 3 gm At bedtime with lukewarm water 3)Shankha Vati – 1 tab Twice daily after food (for bloating) 4)-----If acne prominent: Mahamanjishthadi Kwath – 15 ml + 15 ml water Twice daily before food ----Diet Advice:- Rice + moong dal Small quantity ghee Coriander + fennel water Eat every 3–4 hrs not too heavy —Apathya: Chili, fried food Fermented food Sour curd Excess garlic/onion —Follow-up: 15 days
