1. Internal Medicines Take Gandhak Rasayan (2 tablets twice daily) to reduce itching, redness, and inflammation. Consume Manjistha capsules (500 mg twice daily) to purify the blood and clear toxins. Take Arogyavardhini Vati (1 tablet twice daily) with lukewarm water to balance Pitta and improve skin health.

2. Herbal Oils for Scalp and Skin Apply Neem Oil or Kumkumadi Taila to the affected areas. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing with a mild herbal shampoo like Reetha or Aloe Vera-based shampoo. Use Mahanarayan Taila for gentle massage if inflammation extends to the scalp or surrounding areas.

3. External Cleansing Make a paste of turmeric and sandalwood powder mixed with rose water. Apply to the affected areas and rinse after 15 minutes. This reduces redness and itching. Wash your hair and skin with neem water (boil neem leaves in water and let it cool) to prevent fungal growth and cleanse the skin.

4. Diet Adjustments Avoid oily, spicy, and fried foods that aggravate Pitta and Kapha. Focus on cooling foods like cucumbers, pomegranates, and leafy greens. Stay hydrated by drinking warm water infused with fennel or coriander seeds.

5. Stress Management Practice relaxation techniques like Anulom Vilom Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) for 10 minutes daily to calm the mind and reduce stress-related flare-ups.

6. Panchakarma (Optional) Under an Ayurvedic doctor’s supervision, consider therapies like Virechana (therapeutic purgation) or Shirodhara to detoxify the body and reduce skin inflammation.

Follow this plan for at least 6–8 weeks for visible improvements. Consistency is key, and if symptoms persist, consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized treatment.
