After taking punarnava powder giddiness and loose motions have started so should I continue with this or not? I am 49 years of age with no ailments but taking powder for weight loss.

Giddiness and loose motions mean the medicine is not suiting your body or dose may be high. Punarnava has strong diuretic and detox action, which can sometimes cause these symptoms.
