Meri wife ko pichle 13 saal se,pet me acid,gas bahut adhikbanta hai, motion bahut tiet and 2/3 din baad aata hai,unka motion (tatti) lactose syrupse ab aata hai,unh piles (masse bala)bhi ho gaya hai,ab kuchh din se unh gathiya ki bhi sikayat ho gayi hai,dakarein bhi aati ha,bahut test karaye but sabhi normal hai,thyroidki 100 mm ki goli chal rahihai, please help

Regular exercise.

Regular use of buttermilk.
